One of the particularly heart-warming gestures was when I mentioned that their pillows were uncomfortable on my first night, and after reacting to a new manager in black clothes at the front desk, he very heart-warmingly helped me buy a new one. I finally had a peaceful sleep after four or five days of business trip using this latex pillow🌹🥰 We also look forward to the breakfast option in the hotel being implemented soon.
