The hotel is good in general. There are strict security measures at the entrance of the hotel. The security guard will check the passport and booking order when guests come in. There are many European and American guests, but few Asian guests.

We are used to 5* in Turkey, usually at The Residence Fethiye. At Nirvana this was definitely not a 5* experience. Not many English guests or English speaking staff. Unacceptable rooms, def not 5* star, service was the same. On arrival told to sit in reception with a cat on armchair, allergy to cats. Only shown around as far as lift to inside room. No showing where restaurants etc were and how they worked. Carpets in corridors filthy and stained. Room had no wow appeal. Balcony door broken, bell boy called reception and told technician coming up. Never arrived in the 8 days there. I am 5ft tall and had to climb inside wardrobe to reach rail. I could not see into magnified mirror in bathroom as 6ft high. Same with towel rail, could not reach towels. Not enough drawers in room, but enough space for them. Had to call room service to Complain floor was filthy, wet towels left on bed, quilt wasn’t big enough for bed and what on earth was the red ***** light in floor. Not enough bright light in rooms. Food wasn’t too bad. Used buffet most days, did visit beach restaurant for sisters birthday, told we were going on her birthday but not open that day, so we went next day. Lunch was nice there. No one added me to their what’s app group that we had to use to book restaurants etc for 2 days, I just kept going and asking. When I did get added to the group I requested eating in the Italian, told no room in any of the a la cartes, so I filmed the restaurant between 9pm and 11pm and it had prob 2 or 3 tables booked out. My assistant was quite rude and basically said that’s what it is, no offer of another night. So my sister had put in a complaint about music about mixed pool, lots of children and music with bad swear words being played. She asked for Italian and guess what we got in. Lovely meal but as we were about to leave she opened her bad to get some money out to pass to my husband to use as tip, waiter who seemed to be in charge was in like a shot and took it out of her hand, it hadn’t cleared her handbag when he took it. Fashion show was on 2 evenings,we were never invited, lots of outsiders and they took the tables and some of the high stools from customers bar to accommodate these. Yes hotels WOW as you walk in but from that moment on it went downhill.

Excellent hotel. I really liked everything - the quality of the room, the food and the service. Close to the airport. There is an indoor pool. Hammam, sauna. Everything is at a very high level.

Stay away from this hotel! For those who want to enjoy their holidays, I strongly recommend to stay away of this so-called “hotel”. Here is a brief summary of our experience: • Nice Rooms but with noisy air conditioning and extremely loud refrigerator. • No sound isolation in the walls or Windows. You hear normal conversations and barking dogs like they are next to you. • Worst of all the Hotel is just next to a dog shelter with 20 or more dogs. This was written nowhere and the dogs start barking and wake you up as early as 6:00 in the morning. Regardless of being an animal lover, sleep is almost impossible to come by here. • The owner is extremely aggressive and hot-headed, not hesitating to make threats and even resorting to physical intimidation. • Kind Service staff but unreliable. • The breakfast was a bit mediocre, no buffet or choice. Longer Version: When we spent our first night at the hotel and were awakened at 06:00 in the morning by barking dogs, we decided to inform the Receptionist about it and kindly asked for an early checkout. We initially tried to find a solution with the receptionist, who showed understanding and attempted to negotiate so that we would only pay for 2 out of the 11 nights. She assured us that it is no problem and was very helpful. However, after much back and forth and one really low ball offer (200 of 850 Euros) they offered to refund 470 850. That was not ok since we only stayed for 2 nights. So, we tried to explain that they have the responsibility if they don’t disclose their proximity to a dog pound but that we would be open to meet in the middle price wise. They said no. We told them that this was not making a good image for a review and we finally had to agree to the deal and got only 200 Euros and the rest in Turkish Lira because they didn’t have more Euros. Disappointed with this compromise, we returned to our hotel room around 22:00 to prepare for our next journey at 03:00 in the morning. Which the reception knew about. Since we couldn't find another hotel that same evening, we stayed for one more night, which ultimately turned out to be a grave mistake. At 11:30, there was a knocking on our hotel room door. They wanted us to pay 20 Euros for the Shuttle service from earlier. My husband told them we would pay it at 03:00 when we do the check out. The guy agreed and said good night. At 11h45 someone knocked at the door again but my husband was under the shower and shouted “I come down tomorrow, ok?”. The guy stopped knocking. Then the situation got crazy. A bit midnight(!), when we were finally in bed, they started pounding on our door extremely loudly and violently. After some hesitation, my husband opened the door, and the owner was standing there with the receptionist and another guy. He verbally attacked him and physically intimidated him. We found this tehssi on the trip site because it is close to the airport. While making a reservation, we searched with the option of 2 people and children aged 14 and 12. This tech came out, while we were making the payment, we were paid as 3 people. If you divide it, it doesn't cost 50 euros. Let's sleep comfortably in the morning. We paid 1300 TL to a 12 year old child to go to the room because there is a plane in the morning. Then we came across a sofa bed without a bed in the room, so 1 person hardly sleeps in one seat. Then we objected and the reception offered to sleep on the sofa bed of the non-customer room. We accepted helplessly. We accepted, it's 4 o'clock and we still couldn't sleep. We will be at the airport at 7:45 in the morning. Your rest break was a disgrace. We will take a shower without sleeping and go to the port. There must be an element to give. Murat gentleman at the reception still tried to do something, even if he was careless, thank you.

The apartment we stayed in was exactly as shown in the pictures! All the staff were soooo friendly and went above and beyond the service I have experienced anywhere before, especially a lovely gentleman called Enes who looked after my elderly mother all day making sure she had food/ water and checked up on her while I was out for half a day. The AC was so cool, and the views were beautiful, the food was 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back in the near future! LOVED this place

Best hotel but far from downtown, nothing to see near by hotel. Housekeeping was best, everyday clean perfectly. Front dest and helper was super helpful and kind. All staff speak english thats was easier to communicate everyone. The bar bartender was super super kind, best flavored cocktails. So enjoyed staying. Thank you so much for the all staffs.
