When checking into the hotel, due to a staff error, we paid for the room twice. This only became clear in the evening, when we discovered that there was not enough money on the card. We contacted the reception, they promised to sort everything out and contact a certain manager. Three days have passed. So far, nothing has been returned to us

Terrible. By a Mistake of recepcionist we had a double paymant of 7 days in double room. The stuff says they need a "manager" who doesnt exist and we never get our money back. So think twice to make the choice. The hotel Is fine And the room Is clean but for double paymant it doesnt worth it. The pool Is nice, breakfast ok, no milk.

Best hotel I’ve been to where the staff treat you so well rooms were cleaned to the highest standard, breakfast was very nice plenty of choice, it’s like a little family where your needs come first will definitely be back very soon this was our second visit to vista

Absolutely beautiful hotel. So clean. Friendly staff cant do enough for you. Lovely pool area nice pool Chairs, sunbeds and a shaded area for having a drink. Very nice breakfast in a lovely spacious room.. Bedrooms are great lovely showers. Shampoo. And soaps provided about 300 meters from the beach restaurants. Supermarkets banks are all on your doorstep. I would strongly recommend this 30 room hotel for a really relaxing stay. Rooms 104.105.106. Are very good 10yards from the pool. You only have to walk up a few steps to your room, were you have a fidge to keep drinks sandwiches. Chocolate cool if you like to graze by the pool. I am staying here while having my teeth done in antalya. The dentist pick me up each day. Thanks to the staff for being so friendly and approachable. 👍👍❤️❤️

The positives are the friendly staff, good location relative to the beach. The breakfast is normal, there is something to choose from, but nothing special. The tomatoes were always unwashed. The rooms are not bad at first glance, but when you stay you understand that everything is falling apart. The door in the bathroom does not close. The doors of the cabinets are crumbling, the layout in the bathroom is inconvenient, everything is somehow not thought out. When checking in, there were dirty towels. But the biggest minus is the ants in the rooms. We changed 3 rooms, and there were ants everywhere. They were also found in our friends' room on the 3rd day of their stay. And there were a lot of them, they crawled on the bed, on things, in the closet, climbed out of our personal things, they were everywhere and in all the rooms. The cleaning is mediocre, when changing rooms due to the presence of ants, in all of them there was either hair on the floor and in the shower, or small garbage.

Hotel is in good location if you like to spend your time in Konyaaltı. Normally I booked from another hotel bu we stayed 1 night. They did renovation. Hotel was clean, there is wifi, staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok for 1 night. There is a street for car parking.

It is a very nice hotel, the hotel used to be Niss Bussiness before it was changed to Vista. It is a newly renovated hotel. We stayed in a family triple room, but unfortunately there was no triple bed in this hotel, there were only two beds and a sofa, and the sofa was open and you had to sleep on it. The room was not that big, the bathroom was average. There was a small sofa, a TV, and a wardrobe. The room was clean of sweat, the top of the bed and pillow was clean of sweat. Breakfast was from 9:00 to 11:00, we liked the breakfast very much. The hotel is located near Konyaalti Beach, the most popular place for tourists, there are markets, shops and a bus stop nearby. We liked this hotel very much.

Initially I was given a room with no window and in the morning it was incredibly noisy from the dining area. Moved me to a different room on the top floor, Wi-Fi hardly worked up there, No sound proofing so was woken early each day by house keeping in the other rooms. The room Smelled of smoking and had ants and the floor had crumbs. The crumbs hadn’t been cleaned up in all the nights I was there and they weren’t from me! Women who worked on reception was lovely. Maybe the rooms with large windows and new interiors are of a better standard.
