I booked deluxe room with queen size bed. In fact I received single room with a small bed. Staff barely speaks English. I've tried to explain that single room is not what I've booked but all I could hear from them (through google translate from turkish) is that "at pictures on trip.com is the room with jacuzzi but they can't give me that room...". So I had to stay in a single room with a really sticky floors, dust, broken TV, dirty bathroom and walls. Doors are not soundproof so I didn't sleep since 3am because of constant neighbor doors slapping (every 2 minutes!!!) and people talking. I've skipped breakfast because of profound feeling of disgust to that place.

The hotel is very beautiful, same as shown in the pictures, the bathroom nice although very old, the shower didn’t work properly. The staff quite welcomed

Good budget option

The environment is bad. The family room I booked was changed to two single rooms. The air conditioner in the room was broken and it took several hours to fix it.

The service is very good, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is rich, and I even found some Chinese food... Have fun in the huge swimming pool... It is relatively quiet, and the bed is very comfortable, 🛏️ Very comfortable

Average The bathtub is surprisingly big, but fortunately there are 2 large beds. Colleagues can live in separate rooms when they are on a business trip.

Very chic and very well decorated hotel. Perfect for a family or group of friends. Very close to the city center. On the other hand, in terms of cleanliness and organization it is a disaster!!! I even saw a cockroach in the alley and the cleaning of the rooms is almost never done otherwise it is not cleaned well! I will not return for my future vacations.

Hotel is undergoing renovation which is good. Generally clean and refurbished but there seem to be a drainage problem as you smell it everywhere including the room. Room could be cleaner, I'd say the cleaners have let this hotel down. Decor is new but a bit too glitzy, a bit too much, depending on what you like, too much of blink and gold painted everywhere. Some staff don't speak english but Efe is a star! Staff are generally polite and helpful. Pizza dinner delivered to room was appalling, burnt and dried out, however, we went to the restaurant the next day and chef prepared the diced beef with rice which was lovely. Breakfast is ok, not much options really, will do if you just need to eat something. Downside is location, this hotel is no where close to Kaleici, it is actually about 20mins drive to Kaleici and no good restaurants around.

It was so bad! The room had a weird smell and the staf was talking about us in Turkish because we did not want to pay for a deluxe room with bubblebad because the bad did work and was in very very bad condition. The room was not cleaned in our 3 night stay. We asked them a lot of times to clean te room but they did not do that!!! I don’t recommand this hotel, go check an other hotel please!!! I have by the way a Audio and video where you can see how they treat people there!
