The hotel is of course very average. Lots of space, good location. But the bathroom is uncomfortable, the sink is generally for children. There is mold.

We liked the apartment, we lived in it for a week. The receptionists were responsive and quickly resolved any issues. The room was clean, cozy and the air conditioning worked. The location is convenient, there is a bus stop nearby, we easily got to any point in the city by bus, including going to the beach. There was no beach nearby, but for us this was not a key criterion.
The only thing is that we lived in an apartment on the 1st floor and this has its own peculiarities:
1. In the bathroom and in the room that opens onto the terrace, ants are always crawling. It is a little unpleasant, but they do not interfere with life :)
2. And also, if the windows are open, you can hear conversations from the street or noise from other residents of the apartment
In general, we liked everything, we would gladly come there again!

Location is good, check in is also easy, friendly recpetion, shops around.
The shower pipe is not adjustable so water flow is fixed to one direction, I am short so it was a bit difficult to get under it unless if you hold in hand and wash yourself. The ground floor apartment gets noise when people are moving in and out of property, otherwise good experience.
