Spotless hotel and fantastic neighbourhood, modern and beautiful views

他們有兩棟樓，我們的房間被分到另一棟樓，不是照片上的那一棟。
我們房間與隔壁中間竟然還有一道打不開的門，噪音很大，隔壁説話聽的清清楚楚。
走廊味道很大（新裝修）
以上就是缺點了。
優點是乾淨整潔。

They have two buildings and our room was assigned to another building, not the one in the photo.
There is a door between our room and the next door that cannot be opened. The noise is very loud, and the next door can be heard clearly.
Corridor smells great (newly renovated)
The above are the shortcomings.
The advantage is that it is clean and tidy.
The above is not recommended.

We were placed in this hotel when our fight home was cancelled.  We arrived at the hotel at 4am (along with around 50 other passengers) after waiting for hours at the airport so people were tired and fed up. Despite the last-minute booking for such a large group,  we were all seamlessly checked in, and staff ordered food for those who could stay awake long enough.  The rooms we were allocated were fantastic, so modern and clean (a little small but big enough for 2 people). The bathroom was also lovely and modern with a walk-in shower, which had a waterfall head and standard shower head.  The bed was very comfy, and the room had  great air con. For those who woke early enough, the breakfast was lovely. I ate mine outside at a table near the swimming pool. After breakfast, I took a 1 minute walk to the sea front, which was below a cliff, so I couldn't get down there. The shop next door to the hotel was super cheap and the man running it was very friendly.  This is a small boutique hotel, so the attention to detail and service was great - a million miles away from the terrible hotel we had just spent a week at. I would have been happy to pay to stay there longer if I could (coach picked us up at 12pm so only 8 hour stay)  

Where to begin….. first visited this hotel last year and was surprised by the rooms, especially the “presidential suite”. (We weren’t staying there but they kindly gave us a tour and look into the rooms.) The presidential suite had its own sauna, hot tub on the terrace, large open planned area-lovely. Fast forward to June when we checked in. No hot tub straight away! On further inspection there was no mirror in the bathroom so hubby couldn’t shave very well, the pillows were hard and lumpy, the bed however was very comfortable. We we told we could have breakfast in our room, this wasn’t mentioned so didn’t happen, on the subject of breakfast what a joke! Turkey is known for its Turkish breakfast, this offering was poor to say the least. In fact, we didn’t bother with it after the first two days, so bad was it. The windows had shutters, no curtains, which is fine if they worked! One didn’t which gave people in the opposite hotel a lovely look into our room and no privacy for us.  When we mentioned the lack of hot tub and shutter problem to the manager we were told the hot tub was not safe, fair point but put something else in its place. I said a couple of sunbeds would be great and was told they don’t and haven’t had time to get any!  Who knew it took 3 months plus to pop to the shop to get sun beds. We were told they would sort the shutters didn’t happen. So bad was it that we checked out after 4 nights (we should have been staying for 7) and found another hotel.  When my husband went to tell them this they just said sorry. No attempt was made to sort our issues or compensate us in anyway as amenities we expect were missing, this just confirmed we were doing the right thing by checking out.  I would strongly recommend thinking twice about booking this hotel
