I stayed at this hotel on 05.06.2023 for a business trip. When I was leaving in the morning, they told me that I owed 25 TL for coffee. I checked into the hotel around 22.30 and neither went down to the lobby nor anything else, so I fell asleep right away because I was sleepy. They made me wait 25 minutes while checking out. They insisted on paying for the coffee I didn't drink. I drank coffee, I handed over 200 TL, there was no change, I said I would pay at the exit, I said to look at the camera records, they did not look, as you know, the rooms are fraud, dirty noises end up in the room, the room smells like laham. I wrote about my experience neither to denigrate the hotel nor for any other purpose.
