Excellent hotel! I liked the location, I had not been to this part of Antalya before. Wonderful and very friendly staff. Breakfasts are good: Turkish cheeses, vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers), lots of fresh greens, sausages, omelette and boiled eggs, and always some delicious stewed/baked vegetables, the only fruit during our stay was watermelon - delicious, sweet. We lived in the third building, across the street from the main building and restaurant, there is an elevator, they cleaned every day. It's 10-15 minutes to the sea, you can ask for towels at the reception or take them from a sun lounger by the pool. I recommend this hotel!

Hotel was pretty nice for a few days, restaurant is really stylish on the first floor, location is ok if don’t want to be in the crowd or like quiet rest.

Oda temizliği,hizmet çeşitliliği,personel tutumu dahil her şeyiyle çok memnun kalıp her zaman tercih edecegimiz bir isletmedir.Bizi etkileyen bir başka özelliği ise sokak patilerini işletmede besleyip,barindirmalari oldu. Annemin deyimiyle evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir deneyim idi.

Azuu is een hotel waar ieder zich kan thuis voelen. Huislijke sfeer en gewoon jezelf zijn. Al het nodige is aanwezig en geen enkel vraag is hier teveel. Voor wie van de dagelijkse dingen houdt is dit heel geschikt. De beste sfeer is in het oude gedeelte.

Friendly great service and staff go out there way too make you welcome Good well stocked bar food wasn't for me but that doesn't mean much as I was getting teeth done wife enjoyed the steak lol Met a lot of lovely people getting work done which makes the process more enjoyable Thank you all the staff at the Azzu from cleaners too the management Hotel spotlessly clean

Üç çift olarak arkadaş grubuyla ile konakladık, ilk defa geldğimiz bu otelde konaklamamızı uzattık. Plaj imkanları çok yakın mesafede. Bizim arabamız vardı ama otelin transfer hizmetide var. Denize gitmediğimiz gün otelin havuzunda geçirdik günümüzü, akşam alış veriş merkezleri kafeler restoranlara ulaşmamız çok yakın mesafedeysi. Güler yüzlü personel, temizlik görevlileri, bar çalışanları hepsi çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Rezervasyonumuzu uzatırken, resepsiyonda ki personel doğrudan yardımcı oldu. İnanılmaz lezzetli Restaurantları var kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. MÜKKEMMEL deneyim için çok teşekkür ederiz.

I've seen some of the recent reviews for this hotel. I can only assume that some of the reviewers haven't stayed. The ONLY plus is the spa. I didn't use it, but all the guests who spoke of it, spoke highly. The rest of the hotel is terrible. Everyone has different standards and expectations. I get that. So maybe to some it is great. Putting it in to a UK context though, I would say it is a borderline 2* hotel. And that's borderline with 1* not 3*. Rooms were incredibly basic. Some rooms were dangerous in regard to air con units. In my opinion the balconies of some rooms are a tragedy waiting to happen, because the balcony wall is well below the waist pivot point for anyone at 6ft tall or greater. Stumble and all your body weight is the wrong side of a happy ending. Staff are also hit and miss. A few are really helpful and pleasant, but some think any problem is a joke, and are no help at all. For me, there are far too many negatives to this hotel. Can't see myself ever recommending it to anyone.
