This hotel looks like a very old hotel that was renovated. The facilities are too old. The rooms that you see in the pictures are not the same. The room was very loud and noisy. All the doors and lock needs to be replaced. The good thing about the hotel was the location was good and the owner was very good and helpful. There was no breakfast option and car parking is available.

We did not like the property. We checked in to the room and it was nothing like what the pictures and description said. It was dirty, mattress was dirty. Makeshift bathroom. Stay away. Horrible.

Dirty, stinky, noisy, broken down. Only good thing is its near old town. But no parking and we changed hotels. For $10 more, we got an amazing clean hotel

Negatives - power to room is via your key fob meaning fridge & air con not on when room is vacant (hot room and means fridge can’t really be used to store anything other than water). Most rooms are via stairs - not great if got any disabilities. Walls are very thin meaning you hear everything from rooms nearby. Breakfast not included and not available. We found items left from previous occupants.
Positive not far from cafes and old bazaar- so easy to get around, room large and beds reasonable. Lobby staff helpful. Yes hotel is little run down but it fit the purpose of our stay which was to explore local area, for the price I was happy. It’s not for families wanting a resort experience, but we experienced Turkish culture, had a good place to sleep.

There was no separate shower
Room was on 3rd floor with no elevator
we could not stay the night and we had to leave shortly after arrival and checked in in another hotel

The hotel is actually called apart Hotel GRV good to know for the taxi or the reviews. No security the elevator has no security door we see the floors go by, there are bars on the only tiny window of the 4-person apartment which is in a row, it is very hot in the room despite the air conditioning , there is a disgusting smell of cigarettes throughout the room on all the textiles, towels, curtains, sheets… The pillows are hard the bedding also we slept very very badly, the refrigerator was dirty I had to wash it myself, the bathroom has mold, the shower is 15 cm from the toilet without any separation, the bowl is broken, it was very very difficult for us to have to wash ourselves in its hygienic conditions. The only plus point is the location.
But better to find further than to stay here.
