The staff are very helpful and help you when needed and are very polite.
Simple breakfast. Our rooms were clean but lipstick stains on the duvet.
Very close to the beach (5 minutes walk) but no public transport nearby (except bus). the tram is a 30-minute walk away.
I was awakened several times by the maid to do the cleaning even though we had not asked for her, but she remained helpful.
Great pool but small.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2024. Overall, we give it a solid four.
Pros:
-close to Konyaalti beach;
-good infrastructure (nearby there are shops, many cafes, an exchange office and a Crown collection point, a public transport stop);
-within walking distance of M5 Migros and Aquarium;
-good, complete breakfast.
Of the minuses:
- rather small rooms;
- the number of rooms is not exactly old, but already requires some kind of updating;
-I would like a little better cleaning of the room in general (there is dirt in places, sheets with small stains);
-poor sound insulation (there is a road nearby, and you can hear your neighbors quite well).

The worst hotel ive ever stayed in, the manager is arrogant and rude , he actually made a couple of english guys move to a different room for their last night to give their better room to a turkish family ,he also told them to leave the hotel at 12:00 even though they had an evening flight he doesn't seem to like British people, the breakfast is disgusting ,the rooms are tiny with hardly any wardrobe space and no drawers for clothes the furniture is old and shabby, the aircon is noisy , the bed is against the wall so I had to climb over my wife to get out, the bathroom has a tiny sink with nowhere to put your toiletries, there's a small bar but its never open ,ive never seen anyone in it , my advice is avoid this horrible place
