It was good overall

Upon arrival at the hotel, the exterior looked like it was going to collapse, unlike the photo. There was no reception. They didn't come out even when I called them. After a while, I asked the person who came out and they kindly said they would contact me, so I was finally able to check in. The Russian owner came and said I had to go to a different building and was guided to a building 1 minute away. When I got there, um... it was scary... Will I be able to open my eyes safely tomorrow morning?? Will my organs be safe when I wake up in the morning?? Is this a place run by ****? I was overcome with such fear..ㅜㅜ The room I was guided to smelled like Russian spices... I seriously thought about giving up the money and booking a new room. Still, the hot water is good and the beach is right in front, so it's perfect for swimming and playing all day~~ And fortunately, I was able to open my eyes safely in the morning. If you're adventurous or curious, feel free to make a reservation~~ㅎㅎ

I recently remembered that I hadn't been to Antalya for 13 years, and decided to eliminate this issue. What does a single traveler of pre-retirement age, a lover of "seal" rest, need there? That's right, the sea, the sun, the sea air, beautiful views and a store nearby, so as not to lose too much weight. And I was also lucky with mosquitoes, although I stocked up on a fumigator - in a week they bit me only once while living with an open window, although earlier in Turkey they used to fly in flocks around the room. After deciding to go, monitoring the situation with housing led me to the idea that, for the most part, Turkish hoteliers are selfless lovers of money, and believe in a good wizard who will drive it to them. because September prices for accommodation simply beat similar ones on the Cote d'Azur. And then I came across the "Duran" apartments. To say that I was satisfied is not true, I was very satisfied. 1. Correct humane prices. 2. Quick contact after booking. Pleasant communication. 3. It is very easy to get there: tram from the airport and transfer to bus GCK76A at the Dogu Garaji stop. The Antalyakart transport card is sold right at the tram stop at the airport. 4. The apartments are located, so to speak, right on the seashore. The wonderful Konyaalti beach with small pebbles is better here than the same one within the city limits, there the pebbles are large and the water is colder. 5. The store is 450 meters away. The walk to it is accompanied by pleasant mountain views. 6. The rooms themselves are good in my opinion. My room of 12 sq.m. did not seem small to me, my eyes did not rest on the walls, this is because the area of ​​the shower was reduced as much as possible due to the shower hanging over the toilet, but I was not embarrassed by the fact that during the procedure the water fell on the toilet. I think this idea is creative, well, and the remaining water was easily dealt with by means of a draft, opening the shower window and slightly opening the front door. I will emphasize once again: the presence of a private shower, kitchen and even more prospects on 12 sq.m. is fully compensated by the correct humane price. 7. There is Wi-Fi! Good. In conclusion of my opus I would like to address the owner Lyudmila. Lyudmila! Thank you very much for the pleasure you gave me! I wish you all the best. =) I really hope to see you in Antalya in the future.

I liked the hotel. It's five minutes to the sea. The room is clean, there's a large refrigerator, all the necessary utensils. The owner Lyudmila is always in touch, a very responsive woman. I recommend the hotel.

The accommodation is too bad, there is no TV, the curtains are very transparent, nothing! The surrounding environment is also very desolate. I really don't know where the good reviews come from. Ctrip is destroying its reputation by recommending such accommodation! It should be a very good place for this price!

Terrible. "Improved room" Combined bathroom - closet 1.5 x 1.5 m, height 175 cm. Shower with a heater that barely warms at maximum. Sit on the toilet - only sideways. There is only one (!!!) socket in the room, and that one is near the refrigerator. It is very noisy - the windows overlook the road with constant traffic, plus there is an abnormal rooster under the window that crows all daylight hours and dogs. It would be fine if they asked for it like for, say, a hostel. But it cost me 3111! For this money you could rent a room in a normal high-rise hotel nearby. I happily moved (or rather, moved, it’s less than a kilometer to walk :-)) the next day to another hotel for half the price of this one, and the first thing I did was take a normal shower.

Everything were nice. The room, cleanliness, the location is convenient. Close to the sea, restaurant and shops.the staff are very friendly, and always ready for help. I really enjoyed it. Hi quality and value far money. Definitely I coming back.

Quiet place, room was clean. I found everything I needed in it. The sea is 100 meters away and this is a huge plus. I recommend it as budget accommodation by the sea, I liked everything. The apartment has a kitchen, bed linen and towels - everything is clean. Laundry services are available at the hotel. The responsive owner Lyudmila will always help you

I’d like to share my utter satisfaction about my stay in Duran Apart. The hosts are really friendly and hospitable; the room where I stayed was clean, equipped with everything that could be needed; I especially loved the spacious balcony. The bed was optimal, neither too soft nor too hard; the adjacent area is beatiful: flowers, nice gazebos, lots of places to sit in the shade. And it is so near to the Konyaalti beach! It only takes one to walk 5-7 minutes, and you can plunge into the sea. Hope I’ll come again. I definitely recommend the place to other travellers.

I booked a budget room, but what I saw exceeded my expectations. The room is not big, but there is everything for a comfortable stay - a gas stove, dishes, a refrigerator and air conditioning. Payment for electricity on an individual meter, but it didn’t scare me, we are used to saving electricity :) For me, the main thing is to have a comfortable mattress and a clean bed - all this was in the room, and even more. The hotel is really located 3 minutes walk from the sea. There are grocery stores within walking distance. The administration kindly answered all the questions and supplied with a beach towel. I recommend the hotel.

We are traveling by car with our family in Turkey. We chose a hotel with free parking and proximity to the sea. Of course, price mattered. This is indeed a budget hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised with everything we needed in the room for our stay. There is a kitchen, a washing machine and a balcony where you could enjoy the sunset in the evenings. We planned to stay for 2 days, but got delayed by 4 days. Indeed, a very comfortable and pleasant hotel. On our way back, we will definitely stop here again.

I went in early February. I had a clean, good room in building 2. The staff was responsive and responded quickly to my requests. Electricity metered upon check-out. From the window there is a view of the mountains. The room had a gas stove, dishes and a refrigerator.

This is not the first time we have vacationed in Antalya, and this time we chose the Duran Apart apartment hotel. We stayed here from January 27 to February 10 (2nd building, 2nd floor), and were pleasantly surprised by the opportunity to stay longer due to a flight delay. The view from the room's windows of the mountains and huge lemons created an amazing atmosphere. Inside the room we found all the necessary amenities and it was very clean. Special thanks to Lyudmila and her husband for their help in a difficult situation - I was injured, and they were incredibly friendly and provided all the necessary first aid and took me to the hospital. Very nice and caring hosts, which is rare these days. My daughter and I were very pleased with our stay at Duran Apart and would recommend it to other travelers looking for a cozy and caring place to stay! We miss you and send greetings from Russia!
