Right in the heart of the old town so extremely noisy. It was impossible to sleep. Too bad because the hotel itself is very nice, nicely decorated with a good welcome

The room is clean and tidy. The boss is very nice. It is located in the center of the old town. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. However, parking is not convenient. You have to park outside the old town and walk for about 15 minutes. We booked a room for three people on Ctrip. When we arrived at the hotel, we saw that we could only bring one child. After reporting the problem to Ctrip, the response was very quick. We immediately confirmed with the hotel that three adults could not stay and asked us to book a room next to us. I am responsible for the expenses. Although the money is not much, it feels very good. It is really warm to have fast services like Ctrip in a foreign country. I highly recommend Ctrip for booking hotels, air tickets, and tickets. Unlike the original eLong.com (which seems to have merged with Tongcheng now) to book a foreign hotel and change the name, I contacted the hotel myself and agreed to let the platform change the name. Even after I checked into the Tongcheng platform, I still said no, saying It can only be canceled but cannot be changed, and it was also said that the hotel does not allow name changes (I just found out that my son and husband's names were wrong after I made the reservation, so I contacted the platform more than a week in advance). The problem is that I have already checked into the hotel, which is sad. Therefore, I strongly recommend Ctrip.com, which is concerned about customers’ needs and considers customer service. Very cute boutique hotel in a great location. The entire staff were excellent, and had a beautiful breakfast. We had a twin room, beautifully decorated but very very small. Thankfully we were on the main floor and spent most of our leisure time in the garden restaurant/bar seating area.

What a absolutely fabulous stay. Yilmaz and his staff welcomed us like family. He is a very natural and attentive host. The hotel is located in the old town of Antalya. A fabulous, historical location. The building is 180 years old, so the owner cannot change the configuration of the rooms but they are very tastefully decorated throughout. We have 4 rooms between our party and they ranged in size but all beds were very comfortable & the air-conditioning worked well. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The traditional Turkish breakfast was delicious, served in the orange tree court yard each morning and there was so much we were full until dinner! There is a shared pool at a nearby hotel but it's adults only so we spent our days at Adalar Beach Club everyday which was superb and definitely recommended. The noise from the local bars usually ceased by 1am but bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. We could not have asked for a better stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Ylimaz, your son is a credit to you and your staff were excellent. We are already hoping to plan a return trip again soon for a few days of winter sun. Xx

About accommodation: - The location was excellent, in the heart of the historic center. It was an old villa with a unique atmosphere that we enjoyed. - The rooms were tiny, without wardrobes, but they were clean and cozy. The cleaning wasn't done every day, but it was okay for us since we were only there for three days. Our room was only cleaned before our check-out day. Also, it was a bit damp in the room, but the beds were comfortable. - It was very noisy. You could hear people showering in the next room and even some conversations. The neighborhood with the bar, where music played until 5 AM, wouldn't allow you to sleep if you were looking for a quiet place. However, we were prepared for that. - The breakfast on the first day was good, but each subsequent day it seemed to get worse. The girls at reception said it depended on what food the management brought, and they served what was available. - The staff were very friendly and seemed to want to help, but there was a lot of miscommunication, and we still don't understand why or how. This review could have been positive, but due to some miscommunication between the management and the staff, the rating is lower than expected. Here's what happened: We were a group of family and friends who booked 5 rooms at the hotel to celebrate a birthday. We wanted to find a place with a friendly host and the option to customize our experience with additional services, such as a BBQ for the party. We were told it was possible. When we arrived, we found out that the BBQ was not available. To avoid upsetting us, they offered us a "generous" deal of paying 50 euros per person for the entire party, which only included salads and service, with food and drinks that we had to buy ourselves. We declined the offer and asked if we could sit in the garden and what the price would be for that option. They allowed us to do so and informed us that no additional money would be required. That day, my mother received flowers as a surprise from the hotel, and in the evening, they prepared a cake for the birthday celebration as a surprise. We were pleased with the hospitality we received and left a tip of 20 euros for the staff who served us that evening (though we collected the plates and cleared the table ourselves). When checking out, we also left 20 euros in tips for the girls who interacted with us. In total, we left 40 euros in tips. After that, these girls informed us that, based on information from management, we had to pay an additional 70 euros for a cake they had given us as a gift and two glasses of wine. We were surprised. When a negative review was posted on Airbnb, the host responded that the 60 euros was actually for the tips. Dear host, we think that the total of 100 euros in tips was a generous payment on our part, while you were unable to communicate with your staff regarding payments and therefore made this an unpleasant surprise. Stayed couple of days at Villa Citronella and absolutely loved it! Beautiful place to stay and enjoy old Antalya. Perfect location right in the heart of old town. Easy to stroll around and come back for a small rest at any time. Nice clean rooms with authentic touch, comfortable beds and pillows. Very good breakfast just freshly prepared for you and served at cosy small yard garden. Very nice and friendly staff who can help with all your questions. Would highly recommend the place!

Thank you for a wonderful stay, Yilmaz and his team were so friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel was nice and we had a very early start for a flight and the night team made sure we were fed and ready to go. The location is great, by the harbour and there are great views once you're there (the harbour). The old town streets are beautiful and buzzing in the evening with life. There is a bit of noise due to being in the centre of town which is to be expected, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it. Nick and Beth

Beautiful and cosy hotel with stylish rooms. Air condition, quick wifi, great personnel. Heart of the Old Town(Kaleici) - was easy to go to beach, shopping, eating around. Excellent location. Great food - got super good fish by request. Owner was super fun and treated us so feeling like at home.

What a lovely hotel, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. So polite and lovely. Rooms were small but clean, on checking out let us keep the room till we got picked up at 6 o’clock. No TV or pool but we knew this when we booked , great hotel. Paid 280 for a week with breakfast.
