We stayed here for 4 nights in August, which I assumed was crowded due to the busy travel season. Also being in the city centre the hotel seemed to attract a lot of work travellers than tourists. What we liked - Comfortable large rooms - Taxis available on push of a button at the hotel - Very well maintained property and hotel amenities What we did not like as much 1. Food: The breakfasts had a decent spread but was among the mediocre ones we in all our stay at Turkey. It was a pure buffet system with no eggs to order (or at least no one asking you for it). We also ordered room service one day for dinner (not very expensive) and definitely better than breakfast. However, the San Sebastián cheesecake was a pass. 2.Laundry services - the most annoying part of our experience. Our second batch of laundry of wet clothes remained unattended to for 3 days despite several repeated reminders to house keeping and reception. It was almost shameful considering the number of times we had to follow up and still find no help. Overall while it was a comfortable stay and property is located in city centre (away from the old town tourist buzz), I am tempted to knock off more for the laundry experience - however that would be unfair considering the otherwise decent experience we had here.

The breakfast was very rich. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and let us check in early. The swimming pool is open-air so it's a bit sunny but it's very comfortable to lie next to it. It's very convenient to walk to the beach in five minutes.
Rixos Downtown Antalya offers guests a fabulous juxtaposition; an urban resort in the centre of Antalya where city and nature collide. With views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Taurus Mountains, the picturesque setting of the Rixos Downtown Antalya makes it a natural choice for anyone seeking rich and varied culture in a resort setting. From the yacht-filled harbour to Hadrian's Gate, a powerful reminder of Turkey's role in the creation of civilisation, it is easy to see the allure of Antalya.

Very good, the best hotel in Antalya. I like it very much. The sea view room is very beautiful. There is a smoke smell in the room. The Turks like smoking. It seems that they smoke from the balcony.

🧔🏻♂️Warm and sincere: The boss uncle grew up in Antalya and knows every road in the city. He would first ask us what kind of places we are interested in, and then open the map to help plan in detail, which made people ecstatic and praised. Seeing that we like Turkish tea, he also carefully introduced the production process and tricks.
🍹Convenient and quiet: There are many bars in the old city, and singing and dancing will not return to peace until midnight. Although the hotel is located in the entertainment district of the old city, it is located in a small alley, and with four layers of soundproof glass, it is truly quiet in the midst of noise.
🫕Delicious and tasty: The hotel provides traditional Turkish breakfast, which is better than many big hotels (not so salty). Their fresh lemon juice is also delicious and will be provided free of charge as a welcome drink.

The location is fantastic, and it’s not noisy from the street. The staff is very helpful and always on call.
My economy room was small but included good size bed, wardrobe, mini fridge with 3 free bottles of non alcoholic drinks as a welcome gesture, powerful aircon and a kettle.
The downsides: the walls are so thing you can hear all the other lodgers. I’ve heard the conversations of the people upstairs like they were in same room. Every time they walked up there or turned on the bed, the ceiling was squeaking . Earplugs didn’t help.
The other issue was the shower cabin. It was badly stained with mould on the corners. Hopefully the hotel staff might be sorted with the bleach.
Also the hairdryer didn’t work and was dusty

Hotel was as the pictures show. As expected because the rooms are all white it’s easy to see all the scuff marks left by previous visitors. The halls leading to the rooms have black carpets and neon pink lighting which can be a bit dizzying. The rooms have large mirrors on each wall. Felt a bit like a “love hotel” in that sense, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms were clean with instant hot water and a very powerful shower, although what was disappointing was the toilet, I value cleanliness a lot especially with a toilet, they have a basic bidet loo with the the spray nozzle really sticking out which wasn’t t clean at all, I would have preferred a spray gun. They left paper/plastic cups in the room for teas/coffees, apparently for hygiene reasons, the cups smelled like chemicals, I would have preferred a usual ceramic mug being a 5 star hotel. The facilities were in abundance, the spa was definitely a big winner for me. The staff (for the hotel) on the other hand hardly smiled, were uninterested and really unhelpful 99% of the time. I felt like I was a burden even when requesting simple stuff like a bottle of water. I found very few spoke any English, and look I get I’m in a foreign country but if you’re going open up you lands to tourists at least be a bit prepared for the most spoken language in the world! I even used google translate at times but that didn’t seem very useful as for reasons unknown to me the staff still didn’t understand what I was asking for… I went in June, so the outdoor pool was open, I opted to use the indoor pool due to the high temperatures, it was nice that I had it all to myself, the pool was clean but the woods bordering the pool was wearing away and cracking. The hotel food wasn’t that great, I tried breakfast buffet once which was ok I guess for being around £6-7 pp. The lounge menu was dreadful, I ordered a ribeye steak that took 45mins only to be served with a thin overcooked, dry tuna looking thing. I tried to explain this wasn’t ribeye or anything that resembled a steak, they didn’t seem interested and were quick to hand me the bill.
Outside the hotels is boulevard, a parade of around 30ish restaurants and coffee shops. Teaming with energy and life, they close around 1am every and have a lovely atmosphere. Prices are not too steep with a decent meal setting you back around 250tl.
I’ve got to say I felt unwelcome in turkey, I also went to Istanbul a couple of weeks before this and had a similar experience. Perhaps I’m biased, I was a solo male traveler with a Middle Eastern /Asian complexion, I tipped well, spoke politely and tried not to bother too many people yet I felt like I shouldn’t be there. I have since learned by one of the cafe owners that Turks don’t actually like people of my “complexion” or anyone resembling Middle Eastern people which is disappointing, and the end of the day if you want the tourism be a bit more hospitable at the very least in the hotels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renex Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. Conveniently located just 12 minutes from the airport, this brand-new hotel boasts with modern building.

Great hotel for a relaxing holiday I Antalya! All brand new, nicely decorated and very clean and tidy. The jacuzzi suite was excellent. Very spacious room with beautiful bathroom. Nice little balcony which overlooked the pool and mountains! 5 mins walk away from the main *****, which is great as you get some peace and quiet. Very friendly staff. Not everyone spoke English but the manager did, and she was happy to help with any questions we had. Wifi and air conditioning included. Pool was always clean, and quiet while we were there. Continental breakfast was good with a decent range. Seating area always spotless. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

The facility I have carried out for business has welcomed me with a room quality much above my expectation. It is especially high quality and the equipment inside the room. I will say his life as a person who has been in hotels with comfort, I have never had a so-called bed before. Also, as a location, it can be called a very ideal place in the city, next to the Mediterranean University. The street shops under the facility are almost in a position to meet your needs. They are also suitable for long-term accommodation. I recommend you to stay. The workers are very lazy and very professional. Thank you very much for everything Casamax Suites

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe just came back from a week in Antalya. We had an amazing time there. The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. Staff is really helpful and friendly and solved small snags quickly. We stayed in one of the 3-bedroom suites on the top floor and it was really comfortable to have such a good space. AC was powerful and showers had good pressure. The kitchen has some basic utensils. The only thing missing was a microwave oven. We used the washing machine and could dry clothes in the balcony. The pool is small but felt very private. My daughter improved her swimming in a week just by being able to spend time in the pool 2-3 hours a day. The breakfast was fine, I had omelettes every day made to order (had to pay extra but cheap). We rented a car and having an underground car park meant the car was never exposed to the sun. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby though and the TerraCity mall a short walk away. Beware July was hot, very hot. A dry heat though but 39-40 every day. First time in Turkey for us and wanted to stay away from all-inclusive resorts and have more control on our time.
GGuest UserHotel is very clean , everyday they are cleaning the rooms and foods is very good we liked this hotel so much If you want to go beach its maximum 2 min beach is also very good you can enjoy there. Night programs , good shows and good activities thank you for everything the best Animation Team
Ssanchirbayar UndrakhDuring my recent trip to Antalya, I had the pleasure of staying at Falcon Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. Here's a detailed review of my experience:
Location (5/5): Falcon Hotel is conveniently located near Antalya International Airport, making it easily accessible for travelers arriving by air. The hotel is also situated within close proximity to popular attractions such as Konyaaltı Beach and Antalya Aquarium, offering guests the perfect blend of convenience and leisure.
Accommodation (5/5): The rooms at Falcon Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. My room featured a comfortable bed, a balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, and a well-appointed bathroom. The only downside was the occasional noise from nearby traffic, but it was manageable.
Service (5/5): The staff at Falcon Hotel provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the concierge helped me arrange transportation and book local excursions.
Facilities (5/5): Falcon Hotel offers a range of facilities to enhance the guest experience, including a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views, a fitness center, and a spa offering relaxing treatments. I particularly enjoyed unwinding at the pool after a day of exploring Antalya.
Dining (5/5): The hotel's restaurant served delicious Turkish and international cuisine. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a variety of options to suit different tastes. However, I found that dining options for lunch and dinner were somewhat limited.
Overall Experience (5/5): My stay at Falcon Hotel was enjoyable and memorable. The hotel's prime location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations made it a great choice for my visit to Antalya. I would highly recommend Falcon Hotel to travelers looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Antalya.
GGuest UserGreetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!
I recently stayed at AG Hotels Antalya and had a wonderful experience. The service-minded staff at the reception and lounge were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and flavorful options. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Antalya! 5 out of 5.
GGuest UserThe hotel is perfectly situated, just off the main street so no noise at night. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, so can only speak of our experience. The room is pleasant and clean. A little tired in places but nothing major. Bed is extremely comfortable. Hotel itself is small and cute. Intimate is the word. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond. We are on a b&b basis. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices available. Babuoosh the parrot is a cool member of the team however i don't think he pulls his weight as much as the others in the team. A lovely, friendly and clean hotel. I would definitely recommend to others. The pictures are exactly how the hotel is in reality.
GGuest UserFacilities: The room is a bit small, but enough to put luggage and sleep, after all, the inch of land is gold. The facilities are average, but the air conditioning and cooling effect is still very good, and the sound insulation is slightly worse.
Hygienic: The room is clean and hygienic.
Environment: Going out is the commercial street, very convenient, five minutes to Hadrian's Gate, ten minutes to the pier, a few minutes from the tram stop, very good. The rooftop upstairs can see the scenery, the sunrise is really beautiful.
Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, actively introducing Antalya tourist attractions, informing the precautions for staying, and will consider it next time.
BBurcuM103We stayed with my wife for five days.the rooms were new and clean... breakfast was beautiful and varied. thanks to it being close to everywhere, we found the possibility to visit all the places to be visited... also considering the price, I think it was too successful for that price.. Personnel are very laughing and helpful... We met their owners in our second day, very naive and kind people... I think you will meet your expectations more if you want a clean and economic holiday for a tour.
GGuest UserStaff are amazing and very helpful. Room had a terrace and sea view. Also a view of the building site opposite! The whole place needs an update. Breakfast was made to order which was great, even if it was only boiled eggs and toast. Restaurant was not open so we visited local restaurant's especially Roberts coffee who have a very good food menu. Room cleaned every day to a high standard; However sink was loose, shower door leaked and no door on the toilet.
GGuest UserThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
