Amazing hotel with the best staff employeed. They are always happy to help and talk with the best smiles so you would miss them when you leave like they were your friends. Rooms are pretty good with all amenities provided however a little small. Special thanks to Mahsa, Sinan and Natali for making over stay wonderful.

Had the most Wonderful experience here! The hotel has outstanding interior design, plenty of space outdoors to spend time in the sun, a few shops, spa, gym, pilates sessions, evening parties, good quality food and different types of cuisine, just a complete holiday experience! They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the concierge helped me arrange transportation and book local excursions. Beautiful location on the sea in Lara. We had a sea view room and it is exactly as described in the photos. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We could not swim in the pool because it was too cold outside in December but enjoyed the garden immensely. I also used the gym, spa area with sauna and hammam. It is very well maintained and the facilities are stylish. The breakfast was very extensive and delicious.

I spent seven nights at this 5 star luxury hotel. When I arrived I was taken aback at the beautiful decor. The reception and lounge areas are impressively decorated to the highest standard. The hotel boasts a beautiful large upper deck, sparkling pool and sun beds. There is a middle deck and a stunning lower deck at sea level for tanning and a swim in the sea. The food is exquisite, catering for all diets. The hotel is spotless and all the staff are friendly and go that extra mile. I felt at home and welcomed by all. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym, library, massage facilities and spa. There is the most beautiful deck offering refreshments at the front of the hotel, perfect for relaxing with a cup of Turkish tea or coffee and a cheese cake, whilst taking in the scenery. I highly recommend this hotel as a top class facility where you will feel welcome, relaxed and pampered!

The apartment we stayed in was exactly as shown in the pictures! All the staff were soooo friendly and went above and beyond the service I have experienced anywhere before, especially a lovely gentleman called Enes who looked after my elderly mother all day making sure she had food/ water and checked up on her while I was out for half a day. The AC was so cool, and the views were beautiful, the food was 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back in the near future! LOVED this place

We found this tehssi on the trip site because it is close to the airport. While making a reservation, we searched with the option of 2 people and children aged 14 and 12. This tech came out, while we were making the payment, we were paid as 3 people. If you divide it, it doesn't cost 50 euros. Let's sleep comfortably in the morning. We paid 1300 TL to a 12 year old child to go to the room because there is a plane in the morning. Then we came across a sofa bed without a bed in the room, so 1 person hardly sleeps in one seat. Then we objected and the reception offered to sleep on the sofa bed of the non-customer room. We accepted helplessly. We accepted, it's 4 o'clock and we still couldn't sleep. We will be at the airport at 7:45 in the morning. Your rest break was a disgrace. We will take a shower without sleeping and go to the port. There must be an element to give. Murat gentleman at the reception still tried to do something, even if he was careless, thank you.
