The hotel made a bad impression. The soap was not working, respectively, hands were not even washed cleanly, drinking water was not in the room. Coming from the airport at night and having no opportunity to buy water, it was strange that now even bottles of water in the room were not found. The hotel was repaired but it looks like there was no repair. Breakfast was very bad

I heard from a friend that Antalya is worth visiting the Mediterranean. It was my first time here. I looked for hotels on Ctrip and read reviews, and finally chose Crowne Plaza. Our family of three paid an extra fee to upgrade to a sea-view room in the lobby. From the welcome at the door to the reservation in the lobby , restaurant, cleaning service and dishes are all very good! You can watch the sunrise on the balcony at 7 o'clock in the morning, perfect! You must also enjoy swimming at the beach. The hotel has an underground passage leading to the beach. This design is great! It is recommended that the hotel set up a few umbrellas by the beach to make it perfect!

I recommend La Casa Carina for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in the Old Town of Antalya. Most sites in Kaleici are within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. The hotel itself is an old building that the owner has restored into modern lodgings. In addition, the staff is very kind and provides recommendations for local restaurants. Lastly, for those flying into Antalya airport, you can either take a taxi to the hotel, or if you are traveling light, take the airport tram T1 to Ismetpasa and walk about 10 minutes to the hotel (which is less than a dollar to use).

Rooms suitable for a single person or couple. The fridge was fully stocked but prices higher than the downstairs store, so not really neceesary unless you really want the convience. I would've prefered an empty fridge to store what I wanted. The bathrooms were dirty with pink film, especially in the shower. It didn't look like it ever gets properly cleaned. Rooms cut off electricity when you pull key out of room, so everytime you enter, the room is humid and hot. Hallways dark, hot and humid. Energy conservation is great for the environment, but Antalya in July-August is too hot for these actions. Refused table service by young waiter at the restaurant affiliated with Pacco. Shouted, ”WHAT?!?”, to my husband and insisted that he pay for food at the front. We were sitting alone at a time that wasnt busy. A family that looked different from ours, with 5 people at a table were served by the SAME employee. We instantly contacted Ikay(?) at the reception (a very professional guy) and asked for an explanation for his employees actions. The employee 1st, and angrily stated he was ”still learning English”, in English. Then the excuse changed to the front restaurant being ”busy” despite him and another employee only serving two couples in the very front prior to us. The whole time our two year old was being a typical two year old, and I was trying to get up to my room to handle a work meeting. The young waiter was acting just as childish as our two year old and the only explanation as to why is that we were black or mixed with black. He needs to find a job that doesn't evolve service people whose race he doesn't approve of then. Ikay apologized twice as he cannot control the actions or what is in the heart of the employees.

Check-in went very quickly, the girl was quite friendly. But the number given was very small. The photo, as in the application when booking, did not match at all. In the photo it was more spacious and there was a tea set, but there was nothing of this in the room;( I would also note that the minibar was impossible to use, because there was a bedside table by the door, and you had to physically drag it (that’s how tiny this room was )
At first there was some foreign smell, but after airing everything was eliminated. I also have a very strong remark: Why doesn’t anyone keep the air conditioner clean? It's just terrible, if you turn it on, you can choke on dust.
Despite all of the above, I can say that I slept just great. Very clean bed linen. Not noisy.
As for breakfast: very modest, but all the vegetables and olives are fresh. In principle, it will be good for a light breakfast.
The main advantage of this hotel is, of course, the location) there is a large shopping center nearby, a tram stop and a bunch of other things.
Overall I recommend it.

I went to Antalya for some dental treatment, so booked an all inclusive hotel. We do not normally book all inclusive, and was a little apprehensive, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were absolutely fantastic, couldn’t do enough, filling up our coffees and wine if they got low. Bringing me ice packs for the swelling etc. always cheerful and helpful. The staff were exceptional in ensuring the cleanliness of all the facilities. The food was very tasty, with lots of choices of mainly Turkish and European and an excellent choice of BBQ food every evening eg beef or chicken kebabs, perfectly cooked fresh fish and a great choice of charred veg. They do not serve a typical English fry up at breakfast but lots of continental foods, cereals, fresh eggs, omelettes, waffles,beef sausages etc. The breads were fantastic as were the puddings. The room was cleaned every day and bedding and towels changed regularly. We will definitely stay at the Falcon when we go back in June for further treatment. Excellent experience..

The room is average, the location is particularly good, mainly because there is a large parking lot at the door, free parking, there is a shopping mall nearby for five minutes, and the door is closed at ten o'clock. In addition, it is not far to walk to Hadrian Gate and the ancient city. Breakfast is already very good for this hotel registration.
