very enjoyable stay for 9 nights. room was great, quite spacious and well-appointed, with balcony and nice tree with parakeets, efficient wifi, aircon, soundproofing and shower (though no fridge). the breakfast was very good, although i only tried a small part of what's available, and served in a pleasantly cool room. staff were friendly and professional, under firm guidance of the manager (owner?), and very kindly helped me with a heavy bag as there is no lift. excellent location on edge of old town, with quality restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes' walk. reasonably priced for what's on offer. would certainly go back if visiting the town again.

What a gem of a hotel, comfy beds and pillows fab air con clean and well maintained. Breakfast great best bread and croissants ever had, and plenty of choice. the owner Cecile was lovely as were the other staff, very helpful. The location is great next to the bus station but quiet enough at night,, near lots of great resteraunts, but if you want to go to Le Frigot book ahead. The only thing that i did not give a 10 for wa the room as there was no fridge in the room. But asked at reception and my wine was put in their fridge and also had a nice bucket of ice provided when the time came. If you cannot do stairs there is no lift, so ask for low room.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter la vieille ville d'Antibes. Etablissement aux détails raffinés. Accueil très chaleureux. Service impeccable. Petit-déjeuner de qualité et non conventionnel (jus de fruits individuels et quartiers d'agrumes servis dans de petits bocaux, individuels également) dans un beau cadre.

De petits détails embêtants. L'hôtel l'annonce mais sans ascenseur les trois étages sont difficiles à monter. Pensez à mettre les plus jeunes en haut 🤣. Le pommeau de douche bloqué à cause du tartre donc impossible de changer la puissance du jet, c'est navrant. Un entretien régulier avec un nettoyant anti calcaire ferait la différence. L'isolation phonique des fenêtres est insuffisante. Au troisième étage, au dessus du restaurant, c'est vraiment désagréable. On a profité des rires et autres gloussements des clients jusqu'à minuit et demie. L'hôtel est malgré tout à recommander.

This is a truly charming hotel run by a wonderful team of ladies. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you so welcome. The breakfast is really beautifully presented and has a great choice. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend especially for its situation in Antibes. Nowhere was far away.

Siamo stati due notti in questo piccolo hotel situato in centro ad Antibes. Camera non molto grande al terzo piano, vista sulla piazza , un balconcino ed una finestra. No ascensore e bagagli portati da noi. Colazione nella norma , al buffet. Parcheggio vicino convenzionato , €23 al giorno.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were basic. No fridge. Breakfast was terrible and there were ants on the table. I left early it was not a good experience. The decor was old and dated. There is no lift and the stairs is not great. The safe in the room never worked properly, I had to get a staff member to open it. Very odd hotel.
