Vvf Résidence Antibes Juan-Les-Pins

We stayed in this residence in June, as the last stop on our traveling tour of France. What can I say, a newly renovated apartment, equipped with all possible and unimaginable comforts, 5 minutes walk from the sea. Our host is a nice person and confidential. I recommend it

Alright. Positive points: location: very close to shops, a few steps away, bakery - pastry shop - sandwich shop, pizza truck, a little further away a super U. Right next door a park for children of all ages and shaded pétanque courts. 10 minutes by car from the center of Juan les Pins or Antibes. The nearby beach, pedestrian path, straight out, 10 minutes on foot. A large wooded park just opposite. The equipment of the accommodation: 2 spaces, a child with bedroom and bathroom and a parent with bedroom and bathroom, a living room in the center with air conditioning, an equipped kitchen (senseo, oven, microwave, fridge and even freezer, dishes and other dishes). Outside: swimming pool with a fairly large pool and a smaller pool for the youngest. A ping pong table where rackets and balls are loaned by reception. Staff: Pleasant, friendly, efficient and patient director (she explained the way to us on the phone to find the residence because no sign mentions it). Negative points: The VVF accommodations are in a single building among 7 or 8 others in a large tree-lined residence, so there is no exterior signage. You must take the deckchair from the accommodation if you want one at the swimming pool. The pedestrian path to access the beach goes through a small tunnel, not clean, with the smell of sewers because they pass right next to it. The beach is located just in front of a road and a railway line. Tips for improvement: in the view holder, put the swimming pool and reception hours. Use a competent vacuum cleaner that sucks.

Beautiful apartment, functional, two bathrooms, (much appreciated) very clean, very well appointed, beautiful terrace, very pleasant welcome by the Director, beautiful residence surrounded by greenery, well maintained, quiet, close to shops and the sea. we will return there with pleasure!

We have just spent a week there and are delighted. The apartment, impeccably clean, is spacious, well appointed and located in a secure and very green private domain. A well-stocked Super U is just a 10-minute walk away, as is a super spacious and equipped Basic-Fit corner. Juan-Les-Pins beach and its small port are also located near the accommodation and accessible on foot 👍 Lots of things to see in the surrounding area… The director received us well and was very friendly and attentive to our needs . Thanks to her 👏 Still provide protection for the mosquitoes who also continue to benefit from the exceptionally mild climate 😅
