Excelente servicio desde que llegas, hermosas instalaciones, deliciosa comida. El concepto de silencio, piscina pasiva, comida a la carta, ambiente pacífico lo hace un lugar hermoso, acogedor, un gran espacio para descansar, para pasar tiempo en familia.

La experiencia en el hotel fué espectacular!! Desde antes de llegar al hotel las chicas de recepción súper atentas, ya llegando el joven de recepción súper atento amable y servicial, las chicas en recepción excelente, la habitación hermosa, súper limpia, agradable y las cama súper cómoda para descansar, el restaurante hermoso y la comida deliciosa, el personal en la piscina súper atento diligente y servicial, la comida super rica, toda nuestra estadía en el hotel fué maravillosa, súper recomendado!!!

El hotel perfecto para un sitio como Santafe de Antioquia , la ubicación muy buena y las habitaciones excelentes! Sin lugar a duda volveremos !! El ambiente de la piscina es perfecto para el descanso !!! Muy pendientes del huésped aún antes de la llegada .

Excelente espacio para relajarse y desconectar del ajetreo del día a día, especialmente en pareja. El hotel está dispuesto para un retiro de tranquilidad, aunque fallan un poco en controlar que se cumple la promesa de una piscina pasiva. Cuenta con una interesante biblioteca y oferta cultural al ser en parte también un museo de la historia Antioqueña. La comida es deliciosa y el personal es muy atento y servicial. Adicionalmente el pueblo está muy organizado y limpio, agradable para conocer y cuenta con una amplia oferta de bares y restaurantes.

Very unique hotel, all the antiques truly make this place a piece of history. Their intention is to have a calm and peaceful pool area, however, the pool is next to the main street so you hear all the street noise. Without music, the pool is just very noisy.

Very nice old-style decoration, cozy atmosphere, very quiet hotel to go as a couple or as a family, in the pool 0 loud music, delicious food, super nice pieces. It has a library that makes you travel to the past. A special hotel in a very special town such as Santafé de Antioquia, paisa pride.
