房間很不錯，前台服務態度很好，房間乾淨衞生舒適。下次還來

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Beipo Distribution Center, surrounded by public institutions, and extremely safe. The room is spacious, and with smart devices, it feels very comfortable. The hotel staff is enthusiastic. Changbai Mountain has started central heating mode after National Day. Because we are from the south and are not very adaptable to the local dry climate, the staff actively helped solve the problem of overheating in the room, and subsequent friends who go there can do a good job of moisturizing. The only thing that needs to be improved is the hotel breakfast. Although it is clean and hygienic overall, there are too few choices.

服務特別差，對客人物品的保管出現極大的問題。店長是一個口蜜腹劍的人，他當面一套背後一套，我連續三天物品在他們酒店遺失酒店不予賠償，直到最後我打了報警電話，警察出面才給予我賠償。房子調價不給退差價，再和攜程溝通的過程當中，店傢俬自關閉房型，導致攜程那邊看不到房型降價，以至於差價無法被退還。最終和攜程溝通多次是攜程替這個酒店給我補了差價，然而這個酒店依然在逍遙法外。我絕對不是在他們酒店裡麪丟東西的第一個人。有很多顧客或許不了了之了。但我不希望這個事情再這樣被縱容下去，讓他們逍遙法外。 客人的財務沒有在他們酒店得到妥善的保管酒店的服務和管理都存在極大的問題

酒店離北坡遊客中心很近，可以步行過去，周圍有很多好吃的.

新酒店，環境很乾凈，床真的很舒服！旁邊就有超市，其他商店也都是步行距離，可惜入住有點晚了，第二天又要早起去長白山，沒能多躺一會，哈哈哈

房間很新，空間充足。前台服務很棒，給免費升級房型。位置不算極佳，但是步行範圍就有好多可以吃的，也可以外賣，機器人送到房間。是一次滿意的出行。
