酒店在景區裏面，交通很方便，可以接送站。去天池有vip通道，8:30出發到天池人不多。山景房很不錯，每天可以看到不同景色的山景。酒店服務人員很熱情，能夠及時迴應需求。有萌寵樂園，小朋友很喜歡~

第一次來長白山，沒想到入住的皇冠酒店如此貼心與温暖。酒店非常豪華，房間空間大，所有的用物特別人性化，温泉池更是安排的井井有條。每位工作人員都非常熱情，從入駐之前的管家聯絡到入駐後的每天的體貼入微的詢問是否需要幫助，每天還按時告知天氣預報及天池關閉情況。酒店有專車接送到集散中心口，非常便捷。總之非常的温暖，有家的感覺，去北坡景區近而便捷，一切都安排的如此順暢，堪稱5星之上的酒店。下次再來長白山，依舊選擇長白山皇冠。
