Op onze 37ste huwelijksverjaardag genoten we van een zeer comfortabel verblijf, waarbij we hemelse boventonen hoorden als muziek tussen de noten. Bart is een zeer toegankelijke en betrokken gastheer die muziek ademt. Een perfect 'bed' en een perfect 'breakfast' waar een bewuste visie en een doordachte invulling elkaar ontmoeten tot voldoening van de gasten.

Nous sommes restés une nuit au Rock Lobster City Lodge, hôtel qui organise aussi quelques fois par mois des concerts intimistes dans la salle du petit-déjeuner. Bart et Eva sont des hôtes très attentionnés et sympas. Nous avions la Blues Room et tout était parfait. L’attention aux détails est incroyable, jusqu’à mettre des citations musicales sur les petits pots de confiture. Très bon et copieux petit-déjeuner. De plus l’hôtel se trouve dans un quartier calme et seulement à quelques mètres d’une place où l’on trouve une bonne dizaine de cafés et restauranats. Donc l’endroit idéal si vous voulez éviter le centre d’Anvers tout en restant proche des activités et musées.

An absolute gem of a BnB. Fantastic hosts. Super comfortable. Clean. Totally unique. Bart and Eva have put so much heart into this place. Bart recommended a fantastic restaurant on the pretty square. Vegans should definitely check out Humm. We stayed the Icelandic music suite which was stunning, so fun, and a huge space. We loved the extra deep bathtub and the electric beds! Thank you Rock lobster Lodge we can’t wait to return.

GE-WOON-WEG SUPER! Perfect voor ieder met een groot hart voor muziek. Daarnaast zijn de bedden, fenomenaal zacht! Echt de moeite voor wie 's avonds een concert doet en alvorens/ erna heerlijk in de sfeer wilt komen door interessante muzikale verhalen van Bart & Eva

Hier beleef je een B&B op z’n best. Na een warme ontvangst en een rondleiding in dit prachtige verblijf (gelegen in een geweldige omgeving) voelden we meteen dat onze keus een schot in de roos was. Na een geslaagd concert van Marcus King in de Roma, kaartten we nog wat na met Bart, Eva en onze mede-gasten genietend van een plaatselijk biertje en een wijntje. Ons verblijf samengevat in één woord: Genieten

We would recommend the Rock Lobster City Lodge to anyone, but especially for music lovers (and visitors from Trix)! Bart and Eva were super nice, attentive, warm-hearted hosts who prepared a great breakfast for us. The room was very nicely furnished and equipped with little touches. The interesting lobby with Ricki and the beautiful garden, as well as the location in this sociable, quiet neighbourhood, rounded off the stay perfectly.
