Nice hotel and good location. People who work there are friendly and helpful. Free coffee, tea and water in the room. Room clean and has aircon. You are next to restaurants, bars, take aways and supermarkets. Very quick walk to the central area of Antwerp and to the river. There is a cafe downstairs. You only have until 8pm to check in so be careful. Didn't see any staff during the evenings, and you have to buzz yourself into the reception with your room card. Might be a bit problematic if you have issues and no staff working. You can get breakfast buffet for around €20.

All liked it! Stylish room, good cosmetics, coffee machine. Good linen, mattress and pillows. The location is great. We upgraded from a single to a double.

Hotel located in the center of Antwerp. Very welcoming, comfortable rooms and discreet service. The only negative note, for 4 nights the room was cleaned only once and the same was true for the towel change.

The hotel is close to major attractions and the promenade.
The room is modern, comfortable, clean.
The room had a capsule coffee machine with everything you needed. There is a supermarket opposite.
Of the minuses. Extremely bad wi-fi, but I needed it for work.
There is no 24 hour reception. The staff leaves at 22:00. Every room is not cleaned.

The most worse hotel I had in months, the walls are too thin there is noise all night. Every door which close or every people talk, it will keep you awake. The airconditioning is not working properly, so it’s hot in the room and there was not water in the room to drink. There was not many to choose at breakfast and the most terrible the coffee machine wasn’t working.
Never go here again.
