Nice hotel when you need a good place to stay after work only its very noisy at night

Very Very close train station. There isn't hair dryer.

Basic fairly central hotel. Unhelpful staff that refused to let me change my booking dates after my travel plans changed.

Nice place. Would stay again! The amenities aren’t really great, and they don’t provide even all toiletries. The saving grace is the price and the location.

The room was a bit dirty on the walls near the bed and the bathroom as well.

Very Good

The location is very good, right next to the Central Station, and downstairs is Diamond Street. The room is clean and the front desk is smiling. There are two small beds, which are not easy to put together. There is a heater in the room, and it is very hot. The laundry is dried overnight^_^

Overall, it's good. It's hard to book a triple room for a group of three people. We had no choice. It's close to the train station, so we were forced to choose this hotel. The room assigned to us when we first checked in smelled dusty when we entered the room. Flies were flying all over the room. After swatting the flies for a few minutes, we found that the window was not closed tightly and flies kept flying in. Later, we went to the front desk to ask for a room change, but the waiter insisted that we drag all the suitcases to the front desk to wait. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, we were changed to another room that was obviously cleaner. We bought the price that included breakfast. The breakfast was simple but had everything we needed and was also very clean. The service staff in the restaurant were very enthusiastic and improved our stay experience. When you are away from home and your English is not good, you have to endure all kinds of difficulties! If it were in China, I would complain to death!

The room is average and the location is very good, just opposite the train station.
