Directly in front of the main entrance of Antwerp Central Station. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative point was the weak water pressure.

I did laundry three times. The first time, it was delivered to other guests' rooms. The third time, I couldn't find it before I checked out. They never contacted me. I called them countless times and they said they were looking for it. As of the time of writing this review, I had been back to China for 2 days and left Belgium for 5 days, but I still hadn't heard back from them about the laundry.

The hygiene is terrible. There are deep stains on the coffee cups. There is no drinking water, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes in the room. I called the front desk and they just gave me a perfunctory attitude.
