Excellent all round - amazing superior room facing over the Parc Stadt. Massive bed and water provided alongside the usual refreshments. Beautiful city, breakfast and bar staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

The parking lot is super hard to find. There are one-way lanes all around and the entrance to the parking lot is very narrow.

Great hotel. Good price/quality ratio. Unfortunately, there was no longer a parking space available. A late checkout (after 11:00) was also not possible. Cleaning started early and that was clearly audible. Unfortunately, there is little chance to sleep in. Nice shower and clean bathroom.

Had a nice stay at the hotel. It was clean and tidy. Did not use breakfast service. The only point of criticism was that the use of the car park was not notified in advance by the tour company that it was Euro 19 per day. Paid half in the end.
There was also no information bulletin in the room about the facilities in the hotel. (safe/breakfast/telephone/lighting/TV remote control/cleaning)

In house guests reviewing dinner service. Antwerp Stew with frites and Witloof Chicory salad a local delicacy. Delicious tender steak in gravy. A great combination. Great service with our Accor ALL complimentary welcome drinks. No room for desert unfortunately.

Great food, friendly service, and a lovely environment. The wait staff were so friendly and helpful and ready to help at any moment. The food was fresh and delicious and had a great variety. The venue was clean and conveniently located near downtown.

We came with a school choir on a European tour. We started in Amsterdam and now in Belgium. Antwerp is a beautiful city. Our stay at the hotel has been great. The chef and the wait staff were very accommodating. The food was great and they did their best to meet our needs. We appreciated the service. Thanks so much

The breakfast foods are excellent and plenty foods you can choose too. The team are very assistanting to the guest, and very friendly, and smiling. I will highly recommended it to my friends. The team are very good. Very nice location Hassan

Welcoming hotel. Staff exceptional. So helpful. Room very nice. Spacious. Lift to all floors. Cleaning exceptional. Well located close to railway station. Although a short walk taxis were happy to do the small run to help us with our luggage. Antwerp is a wonderful place and this hotel and its staff were exceptional

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. Location is excellent in the diamond area of Antwerp. The front office staff is kind. The rooms are renovated and clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is generous and tasty. It is possible to park within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed our experience.
