Super General manager, Super hosts,
I would definitely book this hotel again and again if the service and terms would be the same.
Central located, check-in procedure was easy.
Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :)
Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon.
Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud.
Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.

Perfect location but very simple facilities for a hotel that indicated that it had 4 stars and also did not have air conditioning and the time we stayed was very hot

Het hotel zit midden in het centrum van Antwerpen. Je hebt om de hoek van het hotel een leuk klein pleintje met diverse restaurants. Als je iets verder loopt zit je in het uitgaanscentrum en winkelgebied. Het ontbijt in het hotel is uitstekend met voldoende variatie. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze hotelkamer zag er verzorgd en schoon uit.. Wat wij erg leuk vonden was het gratis aperitief van 16:30-20:00 uur. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug..

Erg vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer, aperitief erg leuk idee, heerlijk ontbijt. Prima locatie bij openbaar vervoer en midden in de stad op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Lounge gezellig en tevens ontbijtzaal.

Fantastisch team, heerlijk hotel! Onze verwachtingen werden overtroffen door het team op onze huwelijksnacht. Er werd geen moeite gespaard. Aperitief formule is top. Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid Ligging van het hotel is perfect

Très bel hôtel (déco design), chambres simples et minimalistes (j’adore vraiment!), très bonne situation (près de la cathédrale mais dans un quartier très calme et très agréable), restaurants à proximité), bon petit déjeuner. À conseiller.

Loved the convenience of being close to the center of the old town. The room was comfortable albeit small. The toilet facing the head of the bed took me by surprise. Enjoyed the free "aperitivo" every evening, offering snacks and good quality wines and beer.

Een hotel op een prachtige rustige locatie waar je op loopafstand overal heen kan. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamers schoon. Als je in Antwerpen moet zijn is dit zeker een prima Hotel. Parkeergarages op loopafstand ( value for money ) Wij komen hier zeker terug
