Check-in slow. First 2 key cards did not work. Took 30 minutes notes to get into room.

Didn’t get off to the best of starts. The male receptionist was arrogant and condescending….. not a nice guy to be fronting up the the front desk!! Car parking for the night is extremely expensive at €21 per night and only valid until check out at 12 noon. The city is about 30 mins walk and not particularly pleasant One. The hotel is a budget hotel with an outlandish colour scheme. The rooms are clean but extremely basic. Our room is in need of some form of fumigation as I was bitten to a pulp during the night!!!! 18 really painful and swollen bites from mosquitoes i think!!!! All in all not a particularly pleasant experience.

J'avais réservé via *********** une chambre de 20 m2 en fait j'en ai eu 16... Chambres standardisées. Lit double en ×2 80 ou 90. Petit dej à 18€, charcuterie vraiment pas bonne et omelette en prêt à cuire...La ville d'Anvers est vraiment très chère.

The plus: Hotel looks new, very stylish. Self checkin available and very friendly staff. The minus: Small room, difficult to circulate. Carpet is a big no and just one pillow. Far from city center and central station but close to the port.
