Very good location, right next to the train station Quiet at night even though it's on the street The environment and service are very good

together with a group of friends we stayed 3 nights in this hotel. we had booked 2 comfort rooms with a view of the green park. great beds, great shower and a beautiful view. Rooms were clean, of course there were signs of wear on the carpet. shower very clean and every day the room was cleaned and, very important to us, the bath towels replaced. Friendly service at the bar, but the beers were well priced. we only did this once. hotel is very centrally located: everything is within walking distance! all in all a very successful visit to Antwerp and a nice hotel!

The hotel is quite nice located near the Antwerpen centraal train station. The room is spacious and the bathroom is new and modern. I really enjoyed the time other than noisy neighbors. Also they have a system that if you dont request room cleaning, they offer vouchers for drinks at the bar downstairs as a sustainable way to help environment.

The reception was pleasant. We were able to check in quickly before rush hour. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. However, some furniture was outdated and in need of replacement (loose chair covers and bedside tables). The furnishings and colour in the room and hallway to and from the rooms could use a facelift. For a 4 star hotel, more modern furnishings and furniture would be expected. The colour and furnishings downstairs on the ground floor are modern and the colours are vibrant and beautiful. The rest of the hotel and restaurant could use a facelift. The breakfast was well taken care of and tasty. Perhaps an idea to offer varying variations in choice. If you stay in the hotel for several days, it is noticeable that the offer is more or less the same every day. The stay was good. Good central location, close to the train station and city. This hotel is definitely recommended.

Nice location, located right next to the train station. Walking distance from the shopping district. Also alot of food spots around.

The attentive staff members are friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some guests have noted limited space in the rooms and occasional noise from the surrounding area. Overall, it remains a favorable choice for travelers seeking a well-located, affordable accommodation option in Antwerp.

The hotel is fabulously well placed, it is right next to the central station and this saves a lot of difficulty with luggage! This particular establishment needs a little maintenance. As you enter into the building, the carpets/mats are filthy and the paint is chipped off in many locations giving a rundown look. Reception was clearly overrun and requires extra workers, although the girl working upon my arrival did a fantastic job despite some particularly awkward tour guides hassling for attention! The room was not up to standard cleaning wise. No mattress protector! - This should be grounds for admonishment over anything else. If I stayed at a four or five star establishment without mattress protectors, I would refuse the room ordinarily. It is simply not hygienic. The balcony on my room had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time and there was an ashtray overflowing along with cotton buds and wrappers.

Great location so close to the train station and between 2 subways stations! Service ok, cleanliness ok but could be improved (I can tell that it was clean but not deep on the table, and the soap/shampoo dispenser was kind of broken so it spread all around bathtub)

Was super good and beautiful hotel. Staff also super friendly there was something with the air conditioning and they helped well here.

The location is close to the station and there are many places to eat nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. There is a hair dryer, iron, coffee pot, etc. in the room, and you can stay comfortably for 3 days.
