The services are excellent and very considerate. They have good food and amenities for kids family. There was free of charge cot for babies. The staff are polite and tried to fulfill every need we had.

A day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Thank you, Xiao Shi!

It's really expensive, that's for sure. The room type itself is actually pretty good, but since it's gotten cold, the outdoor pool isn't usable, so it's not great value for money. Another flaw is that they charged me 40 RMB for room service breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Only 17 rooms. Our room is very spacious. I would have liked to have some outdoor seats. The outdoor hot spring pools are not shared with other guests. The swimming pool is large and well maintained. The food is good and portions are generous. Nice staff too!

The service was excellent, especially from our butler, Xiao Shi, who was very thoughtful and attentive. The hotel environment is fantastic; the hot spring feels almost like a private onsen, with very few people, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast selection was exquisite. Definitely worth frequent visits.
