房間充滿文藝氣息，最喜歡的有掛耳咖啡贈送，酒店還贈送了2杯庫迪咖啡，是咖啡星人的首選。房間非常乾淨，就在文字博物館旁邊，出行方便。

首先需要肯定的是服務，還沒到酒店就收到了酒店工作人員打來的電話，並且按照要求對房間進行了無煙處理，到店入住後的服務也是非常到位的，前台的工作人員和打掃房間的阿姨都非常熱情
其次，酒店所處的地理位置相對是比較方便的，樓下就緊鄰飯店和超市，去離文字博物館也挺近，打車到所有的景區基本上都是十來塊錢的距離
第三是酒店附贈的早餐品質還是不錯的，也有一些安陽本地的特色
唯一美中不足的是酒店的隔音設施相對比較不好，我上的時候同樓層應該有喝醉酒的人，在樓梯裏大聲喧嘩，聽得非常清楚

特別滿意，離文字博物館近，房間又大又乾淨，孩子們喜歡，兩孩家庭入住寬敞。周圍吃逛都特別方便，還有9.9的各種口味咖啡，贊。

一層大廳佈置的很温馨，孩子們可以喝喝咖啡，看看書，寫寫字。房間衞生，空間也大。工作人員熱情。退房時還送了孩子小禮物！
