Au Charmant Petit Lac - Ecohotel Parc & Spa

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe du Charmant Petit Lac! Nous avons séjourné pour un week-end prolongé dans cet hôtel pour la 1ere fois et l'avons énormément apprécié: l'accueil, l'emplacement, le service et la nourriture. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Une lieu agréable, mais pas le meilleur pour les enfants tout petite. On a fait 1 nuit la bas. Le premier jour a été un peu difficile avec la sensation que les enfants ne sont pas le public préféré de l’hôtel. Lors de notre arrivé, on a demandé l’activité de pêche. Après 3h, on est revenu pour redemander l’activité et la réponse a été négative, car selon la dame la réservation devrait être fait 2h avant. Après un peu d’insistente elle nous a permis à faire. Le deuxième problème a été avec la réservation du resto de l’hôtel. Bien qu’on a demandé la réservation lors du check-in, il n’était pas réservé. Ils nous ont adressé à un autre resto dehors de l’hôtel, que selon eux il a été plus familiaux. Un vrai catastrophe pour nous. Heureusement, la direction de l’hôtel a pu rattrapé tout cet inconfort, le jour suivant, on a senti un vrai accueil et un sensation d’être bienvenus avec les enfants. Points forts, le personnel du bar a été super avec les enfants. La piscine du spa est accessible aux enfants et la massage est super!!! Personal du bar

🟢Ottima posizione, vicino al centro di Champoluc, con splendida vista sulle montagne. Molto apprezzate anche le sdraio esterne accanto al laghetto. 🟠Stanza: avevamo una family room e proprio in virtù di questo, risultava un po’ piccola per 3-4 persone (e noi eravamo solo in 2). 🟢Buona la colazione, prodotti freschi, non c’è il buffet ma ti viene servita direttamente al tavolo. Era tendenzialmente fatta di prodotti dolci e quindi poco adatta a chi predilige il salato a colazione. Per questo motivo il mio consiglio è di ampliare la scelta dei prodotti salati (a parte ordinabili e comprese nel prezzo, solo le uova). 🟠Piscina e spa sono molto carine e gli ambienti sono piccoli. Il controllo all’interno della piscina soprattutto è praticamente assente e questo permette ai bambini di stare in piscina oltre l’orario concesso. In questo modo l’ambiente non risulta più rilassante ma diventa una piscina con schiamazzi e tuffi. In un 5 stelle mi aspetto un’attenzione diversa. 🟠Ristorante all’interno dell’hotel: avremmo voluto provarlo ma chi soggiorna non ha la priorità di prenotazione (abbiamo chiesto ancora prima di arrivare in struttura se fosse possibile cenare al ristorante). Questo a parer nostro è un punto a sfavore. 🟢Le ragazze della reception ed i camerieri estremamente gentili e disponibili.

Non ho altra parola che non sia Perfezione . Location super la nostra camera dava sul ghiacciaio e sul giardino col laghetto . Il cane accettato in tutti gli ambienti dell’hotel Il personale più gentile professionale e competente che abbia mai incontrato. Estetista e massaggiatrice bravi e molto preparati . Un luogo che trasmette energie positive dall’arrivo alla partenza . Una vacanza indimenticabile

Ho soggiornato per la prima volta in questa bellissima struttura. Il personale è veramente un valore aggiunto , cortese e attento a qualsiasi necessità. L’Hotel è molto curato nei minimi particolari , ottima cucina e carta dei vini importante , fantastica colazione , ottimo servizio bar, si e veramente coccolati in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Molto bella e funzionale anche la SPA , anche qui il personale TOP . Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Au Charmant Petit Lac has charming modern but rustic (ski resort feel) architecture and décor, with everything geared to giving a first-class sensation in a sports setting. The food was excellent - I saw another reviewer below grumbling about a lack of "international" food which is untrue as there are choices but there is indeed a distinct emphasis on "local" specialities, and produce from "the hunt" is an important part of local cooking. To the more sophisticated (or down-to-earth) traveller this is actually a plus - for pity's sake, it's a mountain resort not a city-centre hotel, you would hardly expect deer steaks or locally-made Italian country cheese in a New York hotel, so enjoy it while it's on offer in an alpine setting. Dare to be local. Breakfast is great fun as a whole spread is laid out on your own table instead of on a large public buffet (this also caused some grumbles from a reviewer below - why? Do you particularly want your breakfast sneezed on by other clients?) There are the usual breakfast classics but also some (to the non-Italian) more surprising choices including sautéed vegetables, and fewer French-style pastries. Bread is provided although is not their specialty but there is no shortage of cold cuts, smoked salmon, cheese, granola, and fruit. Added to which they serve tea and coffee and delicious nibbles in the rustic lounge area late afternoons, so skipping lunch seems entirely possible and you need to work hard to keep the calories down. Which you can do in the spa which has a truly lovely WARM pool (no need to grit your teeth on your way in), as well as the usual sauna and steam room and an "Emotional Shower" (beware, your emotions come when the cold water hits you). A charming masseuse takes care of the massages and facial treatments, tested both, and both were a treat. At the end of the day, it is the staff who really stand out in this pretty establishment - they are all very welcoming, unfailingly helpful and unendingly patient with clients. Five stars to all of them and our deepest thanks for giving us such a lovely holiday.

Superbe hôtel et personnel à la hauteur du 5 étoiles. Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel, on ne manque de rien. Le service de bagage et de voiturier et vraiment sympathique, ce Monsieur est vraiment agréable. Les chambres sont propres Les massages au Spa sont super Les femmes de ménages très souriantes
