Posto meraviglioso incantevole la junior Suite meravigliosa... con la spa praticamente sotto.... ristorante top tutto meraviglioso non ho dato eccellente solo per un motivo.... i bambini nella spa... purtroppo siamo capitati con un bambino molto piccolo che faceva ****** insieme ai genitori.... l'accesso per i bambini è fino alle 16 (anche se secondo me alla spa non dovrebbero avere accesso )ma c'erano anche dopo... peccato perché è meravigliosa veramente solo che in spa bisognerebbe rilassarsi Esperienza comunque molto positiva torneremo sicuramente

The staff here were excellent, helpful and friendly with great communication skills. The cocktails were skilfully served and the spa manager was exceptionally helpful. I loved the sauna and the view from the swimming pool. This place is surrounded by epic nature and while the weather was very changeable we were warm and comfortable inside.

Highly recommend this professional and beautiful hotel - staff were delightful and so accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more from my room - they responded to my requests really promptly and kept offering to help. I came away feeling pampered and rested The setting is stunning 💓💓💓💓

Stunning place to visit, we had a gorgeous room. Loved using the attached spa, felt very at home - the staff were amazing, could not have been more helpful and friendly. In particular the massage I booked was one of the best I have ever had. Delicious food and fabulous walks with our lovely guide who was so knowledgable. Cannot wait to come back next year!

We were a large group celebrating a special event and the fantastic staff could not have done more to make this a truly remarkable trip. The accommodation is beautiful (rooms may seem small but thoughtful and interesting), amazing spa and massage, an excellent local guide that took us on two spectacular walks, and great food and wine. Super value for money - many of us are planning to be back soon!

Premetto che abbiamo usufruito solo della Spa durante l'arco della mattinata quindi il nostro giudizio si limita a solo questa parte della struttura La location è qualcosa di mozzafiato, un posto incantevole nel bosco, sembra una fiaba! La Spa non è grande ma ha tutto quello che serve ed è molto curata. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere da soli e ce la siamo proprio goduta, ambienti molto puliti e curati. Esperienza stupenda! Visto il livello e i prezzi dell'hotel non abbiamo speso neanche tanto per mezza giornata nel centro benessere. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di visitare questo hotel "borgo".

Si tratta di un albergo diffuso , inserito in un villaggio Walser recuperato in modo molto curato. Struttura molto ben arredata, tutto il personale e’ molto gentile, professionalmente preparato, attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Direttore sempre presente e disponibile. Hotel molto pulito. Curati anche gli ambienti esterni, che godono di una meravigliosa vista sul monte Rosa. Bellissimo il luogo. Ristorante eccellente, sia per la cucina, sia per il servizio reso, sia per la cura alla presentazione dei piatti.Ma: la mia stanza era piccolissima, difficile, per me, da accettare in un 4 stelle. So che ne esistono di altre tipologie migliori , sicuramente adeguate. SPA piccola, raggiungibile solo percorrendo , seppur per pochi minuti, una strada sterrata. Colazione modesta. Strada di accesso di circa 3 kilometri sterrata, percorribile preferibilmente con fuori strada.

Sinceramente sul luogo niente da dire ma purtroppo ritengo che l'organizzazione dell'hotel sia da rivedere colazione molto parca senza nessun volo pindarico ogni giorno le stesse cose.la cena pur essendo abbastanza varia mancava di autenticità e poi il pane messo su un piattino come fosse un'ostia..il centro benessere molto bello ma piccolino aveva le sue priorità su ospiti di livello a di livello b il livello a poteva far entrare i bambini dopo le 4 (specialmente una meravigliosa famiglia francese )e giocare dentro l'idromassaggio il livello b stava a guardare...che dire ubi maior minor cessat...auguri per il futuro ma sicuramente per euro 450 al giorno andrò altrove grazie lo stesso.

Ormai sono circa 10 anni che andiamo a Mascognaz dove il posto è un paradiso. Devo dire che a luglio appena siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati subito spaesati dal cambiamento che c'è stato .per non dire in cucina dove abbiamo subito trovato un cambiamento negativo . L'atteggiamento dello chef ché inizialmente sembrava il padrone della struttura, dopo vari errori veniva in sala per assicurarsi ché tutto vada bene dopo aver capito che ha sbagliato qualcosa. detto ciò voglio ringraziare la signorina Stefaniè è il sig Ettore il responsabile di sala per l'accoglienza che ci hanno riservato visto ormai l'amicizia con loro .poi devo dire che i ragazzi in sala molto disponibili è cortesi . io ho avuto il piacere di allenarmi in bici negli posti più belli in Italia 💪
