Ottima struttura con camere luminose, pulitissime , spaziose da 4 stelle. Posizione ottimale a due passi dall' autostrada, davanti ad un centro commerciale e a distributore carburanti che eroga anche metano e GPL. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Situé aux abords de l’autoroute, l’hôtel se trouve facilement, l’accueil est au deuxième étage , les chambres sont spacieuses, lit en 180, belle salle de douche , petit frigo, possibilité garage avec sup 10€, sinon parking public. Personnel courtois et pro. Petit déjeuner à 8€ correct Restaurant dans l’immeuble

Tout était parfait, mis à part que Les Halles d’Aoste ne correspondent aucunement aux annonces! Plus des trois quarts des emplacements sont vides, vraiment dommage

We came to this hotel with a group from abroad. The location is not convenient, but on paper it offers a series of services. Unfortunately in the morning we discovered that groups are given special, low-quality treatment. The choice to dedicate a private room is understandable, but the differential treatment of food and drinks is absolutely unacceptable. You cannot access the rich and varied buffet available in the central room and all the freshly prepared drinks. Not recommended for groups.

On the outside the hotel is not even recognisable, a not well defined box with shops, a bar underneath, in the middle of a car park and other similar buildings, not in mountain style. I would also camouflage the large number of bins between the car park and the hotel. There is certainly no shortage of parking spaces, this is certainly a convenient thing. Check in everything ok and staff in the lobby excellent, available 24 hours a day. Beautiful room, absolutely clean and of even higher quality than a 3 star. The main problem is the great noise that the cleaning staff makes early in the morning. Truly absurd. Lack of soundproofing. Already in the early morning you can often hear trolleys passing in the corridor, people talking loudly to communicate from one point to another and above all doors that continue to slam. It's a shame because the rooms are really beautiful and well equipped, they lack nothing. But the rooms must absolutely be soundproofed and the staff trained. There's no way you necessarily have to wake up at 7:30-8. For example, we who arrived late at night thought we would sleep until about 10. Cleaning can easily start from that time or whatever they did with trolleys in the corridors. Or in any case the soundproofing of doors and walls must allow you to sleep until at least 10am if you want.

The hotel rooms smell like (goat) poop, the staff are unhelpful and sometimes even rude. The food is of a poor quality. I would have given 5 stars, but then after two nights I changed my mind. Acceptable price for data services. ok
