A vista é maravilhosa, porém o quarto é pequeno e tudo muito velho. Cama ruim, ar-condicionado não estava funcionando e a porta do banheiro não fechava!

O hotel fica bem próximo das duas entradas da Basílica (uma a 250m e outra a 400m). Pegamos o quarto com sacada e vista para o Santuário, excelente. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, chuveiro elétrico, mas suficiente para os dois dias.

O atendimento na recepção foi boa. O quarto muito ruim, completamente diferente do que estava sendo divulgado. Apertado, sujo, baratas no banheiro, muito ruim. Viajei com meus pais, minha mãe está doente e quis me hospedar num bom hotel, acabei ficando num péssimo quarto.

Apesar de ser bem localizado, ao lado do Santuário de Aparecida, os quartos não tem muito conforto, roupas de camas e toalhas deixam a desejar e o banheiro além de muito pequeno, chuveiro horrível! Café da manhã farto, porém com produtos com qualidade inferior. Pedimos travesseiros extras , e não tinham.

Ótima estrutura , ótima localização, funcionários muito prestativos , café da manhã muito bom . Estacionamento. Vista para a basílica é Incrível. O quarto foi o ponto negativo . Banheiro antigo , cama ruim . Lençóis diferentes , estampados e coloridos . Cortinas desbotadas . O pior foi a vista da janela , um paredão cheio de fezes de pombo . Pedi para trocarem o quarto e me disseram que teria que teria que pagar mais R$ 140,00. Pela manhã houve um barulho ensurdecedor de motor , que durou por quase 1 hora .
