Great Stay in a Prime Location We stayed in a ”Wilde Bedroom” for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a little pantry for light meals. It was great to have self-laundry on the same floor (3rd). The location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed dinner at ”Restaurant Vienne/OnurChefs.” In addition, it’s close to attractions like Stephansplatz and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. One minor drawback was finding the hotel entrance; clearer signage would greatly enhance the overall experience. Also, having a vacuum cleaner in the room would be a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay at Jimmy’s Apartment Lory and can confidently say it is one of the best places to stay in Vienna. The location is excellent and incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The apartment is within easy walking distance of trams, buses, and the underground, making it simple to reach all major attractions. There are also supermarkets and other essential services nearby, which made our stay even more comfortable. The reservation and booking process was seamless from start to finish. The communication system is very efficient, and the check-in process was smooth, well-organized, and easy to follow. The reservation team was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and everything needed for a pleasant stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Jimmy’s Apartment to anyone planning to visit Vienna. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Excellent property in a quiet neighborhood and just 2-3 subway stops from Vienna's top attractions. The team at Weltwien was proactive, helpful, and accommodating, even emailing me months in advance to provide me with useful information for checking in/out outside of staffed hours. Checking in myself was a breeze, instructions were sent via Whatsapp. Special mention for Natascha who was a delight to communicate with. The apartment was spacious (large balcony), extremely clean, beautiful, and well equipped (full kitchen with pots and dishwasher). The bathroom was lovely and had a towel radiator. The TV was smart and easy to use. Weltwien is now one of my favourite apartment hotels in Europe! Only complaint was that the bedroom could be brighter (more lights). Laundry rooms are available on 2 floors, with detergent and ironing board provided. Highly recommended.

Decent location with tram to the city centre within 100m of the front door. Cleanliness was generally great, with clean linen, towels, etc. The kitchen was very well kept, as well. The only issue was the floors throughout the place could do with a more thorough clean between customers, as it was a bit on the dusty side. The coffee machine uses ‘pro’ pads that can’t be bought in shops, so you have to buy them From the vending machine in the lounge… unfortunately the vending machine was out of order/misconfigured. There is an electric kettle, though which means instant coffee is an option. Overall, great value for money!

I left a review already but that is a second reservation I had. The hotel is not super fancy or imperial but the location is beautiful. Residential. Quiet. Great bus tram and underground system right by hotel. So many supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy and stores right in the same block. Nice morning buffet. An amazing pastry shop right in the hotel. Rooms are super clean. You get 2 free water and 2 free beer. Highly recommend.

I absolutely adore the location! All the grocery stores and clothing stores are conveniently situated right next to the hotel. Arriving was a breeze since it’s just a 3-minute walk from the subway station. Occasionally, the aroma of cooked chicken went through the lobby from the restaurant to the room corridors and AC, which was quite unpleasant. However, despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the plenty of amenities available. I enjoyed the app that facilitated check-in, check-out, and unlocking the doors. Although the instructions in the locker room were outdated because it pin required a 4-digit room code while the room code is 6-digit, I simply used a randomcode and it worked for me. Unfortunately, there was a chemical residue in the kettle with a lemon taste that I couldn’t seem to remove. However, aside from that, the place was really clean. The bed mattress, on the other hand, wasn’t so soft, which is good.

Good design concept, with very well located apart next to the metro and trams, also with walking distance to HBF. Superclean! Good staff for cooking. The big inconvenience has been that there is only one auto check-in machine and it didn't work at 14:00 when everyone was there to try to allocate. The on-line check-in works but doesn't provides any QR thoufh their text claims so (all the ten persons there had the same situation). And the rooms were finally available at 14:20, only then the machine started to delivee keys. I will be back and hope this swlf-service peoblem no longwr exists.

Well-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA. The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature. We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served. The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken. But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly and quick.

The service was excellent.
