Apartments in Surfers Paradise

We are 4 nights booking. We think this apartment should provide some Facial Tissues boxes when we check in. They DID NOT mention they are SELF CATERING apartment in trip.com. Look like same as others apartments and hotels. When we ASKING FOR Facial Tissues boxes to provide, the reception told me go to convenient shop or Cole’s. we are extremely tired from long distance flights from 11am to next day 7:30am. We’re feeling walking distance 10mins x2 return , total wasted 20-25 mins for us. The receptionist brought a facial towel to us and suggest us go to buy yr own tissue; otherwise suggest us use the toilet paper instead of it——-How awful? I strongly recommend: 1. They must write down what will be provided and clearing services how frequently. 2. Only well come pack, it should including facial tissue boxes. Otherwise, provide selling items. 3. To limit office hours, should provide the machine for selling essential things, such as toiletry, tissues, toothpaste, teeth brush, comb, slippers, cotton tips. Soap etc. Looking forward improving! If they not trying to saving $1, it would be better service. For environment, facilities, swimming pool, car parking all is very good.

It's difficult to review the Mantra Sun City. It's a story of highs and lows. The property is well designed, and well equipped with excellent pools and fun things to do onsite. Then - on the other hand - the coffee shop and bar is barely open which I suspect might be fuelling a downward sprial of lower patronage ＞ fewer hours ＞ lower patronage. We were very surprised to be asked on arrival to pay an additional $20 per day for parking. Several other recent reviews also state surprise at the unexpected parking charge - so beware! I believe Mantra needs to sort this out with the platform who took my accommodation on their behalf. Our one bedroom seaveiw apartment is similarly difficult to review. It was spacious, fabulous ocean views, well designed, comfy bed, quality body wash and moisturiser. So most of the important stuff done very nicely and absolutely enjoyable. But there were a number of easily avoidable shortfalls that made it umfortable like there being only 4 of everything crockery and cutlery, only 1 champagne flute, and not enough to keep things clean in a self-catering apartment. None of the shortfalls were enough to not recommend Mantra Sun City as a place to stay. Just come a little bit prepared.

Had everything you need for a comfy stay, will be back! Would have love to stay longer

My friend and I booked this apartment hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. Front desk staff-Rachel is very welcoming and so friendly. 📍The place is a bit walk to Surfer’s paradise beach but it’s manageable. It is located 3 blocks away from the tram 🚋 and close to restaurants and shops. 🏬 It is about 30 mins by car 🚘 to Burleigh Beach 🏖️ ☑️The view outside the hotel is nice and you get all the sunlight in the morning which I love 😍 It has complete amenities for a convenient stay. •washing machine & drying rack •iron & iron board •fridge •stove, pots and pans •kitchen utensils (for cooking) •oven •kettle •tv ❌However, they don’t clean the room every day, you have to be responsible for cleaning and throwing your trash. They also don’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as drinking water, so bring/buy your own. 📝notes: ⬇️ •Please make sure you have a travel adapter when you visit Australia because their sockets are different. •Front desk closes early, so if you’re checking in late, please let them know so they can give you instructions on how to get your room key and elevator card.

Great stay! Perfect for kids and adults alike with the choice of both the pool and ocean. Just wish I had booked the sea view. I couldn’t fault the service especially when addressing an issue with our parking.

The apartment-style hotel feels like home. It is only a 10-minute walk from the Surfers Paradise Commercial Street. The large supermarket is economical and affordable to eat comfortably! Dining in Australia feels very expensive, so it’s better to buy something to cook in the hotel. The hotel is equipped with large and small pots, bowls, knives, and forks. They can make delicious and delicious. Sitting on the terrace and drinking an authentic Australian beer, Meidi what! ! You can also walk on the beach, blow the sea breeze, and watch the sunrise and sunset! ! Buy a ten-dollar bus 🚌 look, you can go to the outlets to take an unlimited number of buses and trains for one day. Good things are much cheaper! !

Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments was a great place to stay for our family. The management was helpful. Rooms were of a good size. The location is quiet. It is a easy walk to catch the G:tram. This makes getting to Surfers Paradise or other locations easy. Riding the G is also much cheaper and easier than trying to find parking for the car. While we were there, there were few people using the pool. Our grandkids had a great time... and mostly had the pool to themselves. I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator.(My fault for not checking.) Being on the third floor normally wouldn't have been an issue. Because of health issues for one of our family members, it would have been easier if we had been on a lower floor. If I had contacted the management when booking they said they would have tried to give us a lower floor. It's a great place and I highly recommend it.

I was so worried that i might not be able to check-in to the hotel as I arrivedl during off hour but they left the key in a box which made it easier to check-into the hotel. Everything about the stay was great—from the hotel itself to the room, bed, and all the facilities. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The location is also a big highlight—perfectly situated between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, 12-15mins from hotel making it convenient to get around and enjoy everything the Gold Coast has to offer. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a nice pool, gym, and secure parking. Everything was in great condition and well looked after. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive overall experience. I would definitely recommend Ipanema to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Gold Coast .

Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service.

Highly recommend for short or long stay in GC! A really nice and cute apartment in Surfers with own kitchen, lounge and balcony! Room is spacious and clean! Only thing is the water pressure of the shower is weak and the sauna room is not working. Location is perfect, very convenient, got everything you need around, only 2min walk to the beach!
