We booked this hotel for a nice and relaxing stay for our last night in Amman and it was totally worth it. After the security at the front we felt that all the staff we encountered went above and beyond. A quirky thing about the check in was that they asked us to write down our names and one thing we liked - I wrote cheese and my wife wrote comfy pillows and when we got back to our room from our sightseeing in Amman there was a cheese platter and a very comfy pillow for my wife.
We spent a lot of time at the pool on the large day beds. We also spent some time in the spa area where you can use the Jacuzzis and steam rooms. They also have some very nice large showers in the spa change rooms. The hotel's gym has some nice new equipment too.
The rooms were nicely appointed with very comfy beds, sound proofing, hidden closets, a cool mini fridge drawer, technology connections and a TV that you can cast to amongst several other features. We had a great night's rest here.
The food at the hotel is pretty good and there are lots of healthy options. We enjoyed the lentil soup that was served with a literal mountain of bread choices for room service. We also found lots of good options at breakfast including detox waters, all kinds of juices, a good hot selection of buffet items and everything in between.
This was an excellent stay and we would recommend it if you're looking to splurge!

We stayed at Ritz Carlton Amman for 2 nights at the end of our Jordan trip in September. Excellent service from check in to check out. This is a 5 star hotel and it shows - staff are excellent, amenities like the gym and pool are top notch, breakfast selection at the restaurant is sublime. Our bed was amazing and comfortable. The hotel is located a bit from downtown so you may need to utilise taxis or Careem but please be aware of security checks which all vehicles are subjected to as are people who enter the hotel. We felt very safe. I thank the staff for making my husband's 40th birthday so special with cake, chocolates and decorations. I didn't want to leave after 2 days in Amman and wish we stayed longer. I hope to come back one day and stay again for a bit longer to explore the city.

The highest tower hotel is really good to enjoy the night view, but there is no comfortable Dubai. The hotel can also have a good atmosphere in the bar upstairs. There are fast food and pedestrian streets in the mall.

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay.
Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff.
Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons.
Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy.
Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.
A very warm welcome to Fairmont Amman, a 5-star hotel where Jordanian hospitality meets the ultimate in modern-day luxury. We recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the entrance reception. We’re there to dine at the lounge inside the hotel, but the staff at the entrance refused to let us in. The individual at the entrance was not only unhelpful but also incredibly arrogant in their manner. When I requested to speak with a manager to clarify the situation, the reception staff outright refused to involve the manager through a call. Throughout the entire encounter, there was no apology or attempt to address the issue in a courteous manner. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for a lounge that prides itself on hospitality. I expected a higher standard of service and am deeply disappointed by the lack of respect and professionalism shown. This experience has certainly tarnished my perception of hotel, and I will not be returning or recommending it to others.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a perfect location, where there are a lot of restaurants and necessary shops. The neighborhood is also a great one, (mostly a residential area), and therefore, the street noise is almost nil. The apartment that we booked was quite spacious and comfortable. The apartment is also well equipped with necessary items, The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and therefore, any questions can be answered quickly. The place has a nice restaurant on its fourth floor and the chef makes delicious food indeed. We tried only breakfast, and it was tasty and sumptuous. The chef is also a very nice person and listens to your needs and makes the food accordingly. The best part about this hotel is the people. Almost everyone we encountered there was super nice. Special words of mention should go to Nabil Shams (who is either a partner or owner of the place) and Mahmoud. They answer calls from the room literally 24 hours a day and address any issues and needs. They always greet the guests every time one walks into the hotel with absolute warmth and friendliness.

GGuest UserGood welcoming at reception and the owner was nice guy and help a lot
But one things I hope they can sort it out
The guest at hotel they are vey load laughing and talk on the corridors of the rooms the hotel management they must do something about it
I couldn’t sleep
GGuest UserThe location is good for shopping, it's right across the road from the Galleria Mall, 2 minute walk. And there are many restaurants, local shopping, and specialty shops with a 3 or 4 block walking distance. Once I arrived in the area, I quickly realized I did need to go anywhere else by car to get some things I needed. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly, I had two or three requests after checking in and each one was taken care of within 10 minutes or less. The rooms have mini kitchens in them with limited dishes, silver ware glasses and cups. Refrigerator, microwave, cook top and hot water kettle are also in the room. Easy to re-warm or prepare limited meals if your prefer to stay in. The hotel has WiFi, ask the reception desk for the password. The room I had was one of the smaller rooms, but it was clean and comfortable. I plan to stay again.
I booked in the hotel for 3 days and extended my stay for another 3 days, I felt like being at home, the staff was fully prepared to meet all your requests, the breakfast was wonderful and varied every day, the pool was nice for swimming and there are evening sessions by the pool, and there The car park is closed at night for security, I also got a free upgrade to the suite , I have booked the hotel for my next stay, thank you Almond Hotel and thank for your team
In general the hotel is good in terms of Location, cost, room size. However , the reception/check in area is extremely narrow/ small, like a kiosk.. So if someone is checking in, you have to wait standing on your feet till they finish... really poor. in the service level, I'm wondering how it's a 5 stars hotel!! For example, at the restaurant (Italia). You have to ask for everything by your self, ask for salt and pepper, suger. Ashtray. Yes I know I'm going early (7:30 am ) to get the breakfast and sitting outdoor since I'm a smoker. But , it opens at 7:00 am. So as 5 stars hotel everything has to be ready even before 7:00 ( tables set-up I mean). On the other hand some of the room equipment need to be changed (if you are a 5 stars hotel) such as the ironing board and the ironing machine as well. The ironing board was old and dirty , it gave stains to my white shirt while ironing it. Good it was a washing and drying machine there. Later I had to use a towel on top of it to protect my cloth. Last but not the least the noise coming from. Street (I was on first floor buldg 4) is really annoying.
GGuest UserI am staying in Al Jazeera Hotel for a long rental, as I moved to Amman for work. The price is quite good compared to all the other options in this central area. The receptionist, Salem, is a nice and funny guy who takes care of the cleanliness and any help you might need. Both location and tidiness are the main aspects for me to stay here for months ☺️
