When I sent the proof of vaccination for adults by email, I included an explanation that the Fukuoka Prefecture official website states, ”*Children under 12 years of age do not need proof of vaccination certificates if accompanied by a parent or other guardian who lives with them and has been vaccinated and tested.” and sent the email.The next day, I received a reply saying that they could give me the regional coupon if I only needed to show identification.
