I visited for a business trip to Seoul, and the space was much cleaner and more modern than I expected, so I had a great first impression. ^^ As I looked around, I could feel that every detail was carefully considered. The overall clean and comfortable atmosphere made me feel calm and at ease. There was also a well-appointed space in the lobby where I could drink coffee while waiting, which was perfect for a short break. I was particularly drawn to the subtly painted mural at the entrance and asked about it. They told me it symbolized 'peace'. ^^ It was impressive that it wasn't just a beautifully decorated space, but that there were meanings embedded in various places. Since I was on a business trip and wanted a quiet and restful stay, I mentioned it to the owner, and they recommended room 703. It was indeed very quiet and comfortable during my stay. The cloud painting near the bunk bed area also blended well with the atmosphere, and I liked that even the bathroom was cleanly maintained. Throughout my stay, I felt that every small detail in the space was meticulously taken care of, which allowed me to truly relax and get a good night's sleep during my business trip. If I come to Seoul again, I'd love to visit here once more. I had a wonderful rest. ^^ Oh, and the face mask they gave as a service was also very thoughtful. I put it on before bed on my tired skin, and it was so hydrating and great. Thank you!

My family's first stay in Hanok was really impressed that I couldn't express it in words. StayMoire itself was one perfect. As soon as I entered the courtyard, the beauty of the traditional wooden structure and the modern facilities were well harmonized, and it was like a well-remodeled hanok, especially because all rooms had bathrooms, so it was convenient. Each room has a Dyson hair dryer, so I thought it would be great for the three families to come next time. Even though the cold wave came during our stay, each room was heated individually, and thanks to the thick windows, it was warm, so we had to open the door! The location was also fantastic. It was right behind Seosunla-gil, so it was easy to find, and we walked from Jongno 3-ga Station, and it took about 5 minutes. There is Jongmyo Changdeokgung Palace right in front of you, so it was nice to take a walk, and if you walk about 5 minutes toward Anguk Station, you can go to the famous London bagel. Especially since the morning, there is a long line of chewy Dubai chocolate shop opposite Hanok, so we can go and buy it comfortably! There is also a hanbok rental shop right in front of me, so I borrowed it and took a lot of pictures~ Thanks to the high cranes peculiar to Hanok, I felt cool without frustration, and during the day, the child ran happily in the yard, and in the evening, he warmly melted in the jacuzzi to relieve the fatigue of the trip. The most memorable moment was evening time. In the evening, there is a more quiet and lyrical atmosphere. I played Christmas music with a beam projector and enjoyed the end of the year while watching a movie, and I sat around a large table and made a Christmas kit with my child and had a great time. Seeing the child so happy that he wanted to live here, my family all celebrated an unforgettable year-end. Thank you again for giving our family valuable and happy memories.

The hotel employee was very thoughtful and provided us with free room upgrade and a slice of cake because of our wedding anniversary. That was very considerate and nice gesture. Also warm water in the pool was a big bonus. However, there are few things I would like to point out which are important for us as a family traveling with a kid: 1) children are not allowed to play screen golf. That was upsetting since we never had such issue at other hotels. Also you need to reserve time slot first, which doesn’t work for people who came to Seoul for tourism or leisure purposes. 2) children are only allowed to enter pool until 17:00. That’s extremely strange since many people check in after 15:00 and there would be no time to swim at all in that case. Also people mainly prefer to do shopping and sightseeing and relax at pool when they return in the evening. So this restriction is very strange for us. In that case hotel needs to either notify the guests during reservation or turn it into “adults only” hotel. 3) hotel has a very strict check in check out rules: 15:00 check in and 11:00 check out, not 30 min later/earlier; while standard international check in is 14:00 and check out 12:00. Usually hotels especially 5 stars hotels are very flexible and let guests check in 1-2h earlier if the guests already arrived and would allow them check out 30min-1h later without any issue. 4) Gym and pool close at 21:30. That’s very early compare to other hotels, where facilities usually work until 23:00 and sometimes even 24h. 5) Gym, sauna and pool are not exclusive to the hotel guests only. Anybody with paid membership can enter, which makes it crowded and inconvenient for hotel guests, especially on holidays and weekends. Also you need to take 2 different lifts and walk by the bridge to get there (basically it’s not the same building as hotel) I would say it’s not a 5 star hotel, but more like a premium residence, that is suitable for a long term stay without children.

It’s my first time staying in a serviced apartment, as I usually stay in hotels when visiting Seoul. I wasn’t quite used to the check-in process, so I felt a bit anxious when I arrived at midnight. At first, the driver couldn’t locate the entrance, and it took us about five minutes to figure it out. After that, I couldn’t find any reception at Block B. I pressed the keypad on the intercom machine, but no one responded. I then tried to look for Block A and, in the process, mistakenly ignored the self check-in booth. Eventually, I called the number on the door, and thankfully, a staff member appeared and helped me out. I wonder why Trip.com didn’t include a reminder about the check-in process—it would’ve been helpful. As for the room, I found it warm and impressively high-tech for someone like me from Hong Kong! I especially liked the clothes-drying machine. However, I did notice a few small issues: 1. There was no universal 220V socket, so I had to buy a local charger (I know other places like L7 Gangnam provide one). 2. You had to place the waste by yourself at block a. 3. The bathroom drain was slightly clogged. Regarding the city view, I paid a bit extra for it but found it was facing a construction site. That said, I’m not complaining—I just wanted to share my experience. I think the overall stay was fine, and now that I know how the process works, if I stay there again next time, I’m sure it will be much easier and more seamless.

Excellent! I'll definitely stay here again next time! The bedding was very comfortable and it was quiet. There was a small hiccup though: there was a black trash bag outside our room door when we checked in, probably left by the previous guest, and it was still there when we checked out. 🥲 You can take bus 6016 to Seocho 3-dong station, which is very convenient and close to the Southern Bus Terminal.

Check in communication was clear and efficient. The room is clean and has amazing amenities in a great location. I look forward to staying here again!

Exceptional stay at Urbanstay Myeongdong! The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Myeongdong, with immediate access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It’s ideal for exploring Seoul on foot. The room was spotless, very clean, and well-maintained. The facilities are modern and fully equipped everything you need to feel at home. The comfort is excellent, with high-quality bedding and a well-optimized space. The service is also outstanding: everything is smooth, convenient, and well-organized. The self check-in process is simple and efficient, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, a modern, comfortable place in a prime location. I highly recommend it, especially for couples!

I stayed here alone. The location is great, right across from a convenience store. Check-in was super smooth since there's no need for a formal check-in process. I just used the room number sent to me via email on the day of arrival and went straight to my room. The entrance is shared with WICCOSTAY, so you just take the elevator up. The kitchenette, along with the full-sized fridge and freezer, was incredibly convenient, making it feel like I was living there. Unlike traditional hotels, there's no complimentary water, so I bought a 2-liter bottle from the convenience store across the street. I brought my own slippers, toothbrush, and pajamas as they weren't provided. However, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash, hand soap, toothpaste, and laundry detergent were all available. I can't comment on the quality of the toiletries as I used my own. The toilet is flushable, and there were three spare rolls of toilet paper. There are no sanitary bags, so guests who need them might want to bring their own opaque bags. For my three-night stay, there were two large and five small towels in the bathroom from the start. The shower and toilet are separated by a door, so there's no worry about the floor getting wet. There was a slight drain-like odor, but it was tolerable. Disposing of trash is self-service but not difficult. New trash bags are located in the shoe cabinet. Outlets were conveniently located in the kitchen, next to the bed, and by the TV, so I didn't have any issues. However, I wished there was an outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. I ended up using the kitchen outlet and the mirror there to dry my hair. Overall, the room felt very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated not having daily housekeeping, as it meant I could stay in the room at any time without interruption. The price was also very reasonable, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The place is very near DDP and the airport limousine bus stop is just right in front. Water dispenser in every floor. Room was quiet. Towels provided and changed daily. Front staff speaks english. Will definitely stay here again! :)

The place looked exactly like the pictures. The room was clean the bathroom was nice! You have your own shower and bathroom with shampoo and body wash that smells good. There’s a water dispenser in the common area which was nice! There was a washing machine I would suggest to put instructions to how to use it and that it’s free to use cause I was confused and was also asked about it by someone else. The person who works there during the room cleaning was really nice and helped me move my bag down stairs together. The building is nice :) There isn’t room cleaning unless you pay another fee. I left my lotion in there and I’m sad. Bed was good and there was a charger to use which was nice! The air conditioner was good and looked new! There’s a roof top too that you can go on just was to hot out! But you can hang line your clothes up there! There’s also a mini fridge and hair dryer to use! You can get extra towels and toilet paper in the common space! The towel is the Korean small towel put that was fine and worked well! The location is a bit far from trains but that’s okay cause it’s right next to a bus stop! The location is also near a smaller neighborhood market which is nice! There’s places to eat and right next to a seven eleven.
