Apartments in Hanoi

Remarkable place situated by the west lake. A much higher,but not more expensive, level and quality of service compared to all other places we stayed in Vietnam. Really can't find a fault in any way. The pool was nice with shallow and deep end, breakfast was really solid, service staff friendly and super competent and the room was basically a nicely furnished two bedroom apartment with solid Wifi and big TV. When it was build, it was definitly a high end, exclusive compound, which kept this looks and feeling. And very nice restaurant as well, with Japanese, Asian and Western cousine.

A place where there is a reason why the facilities are wasteful and there are no customers I stayed at the most expensive place on this trip to Vietnam, but if I had to rate the service and meal, I would give it the lowest score. Doug, it was the worst service out of the 20 local hotels in Vietnam I've been to. The reason I chose this hotel was because the hotels I stayed at were on holidays, so there were no rooms, and I chose this hotel because it was only a 5-10 minute walk from the central square of Hoan Kiem. There was no one to open the door or carry the bag. It just feels like our motel. Even on the day of check-out, only the female receptionist at the hotel greets at least, and the bellboy and other people do not care whether the guest leaves or not. In particular, breakfast, which Koreans consider important, was not good. However, the restaurant facilities and views were really good. Good facilities are not being used too much. Moreover, even though fruits are in season these days, there was no mango at breakfast, only passion fruit. In a word, the facilities are poor. If the staff's service and breakfast are improved, it is a place where many customers can visit, and the hotel owner should pay more attention.

Good Hotel , I recommended it. Cleaning great ! There is a pool very nice, gym inside , good service , very nice people they all worry about the guests. There are delicious breakfast you can enjoy. También el servicio de transporte es muy bueno, a horario y muy pacientes.

The hotel is located next to the old town of Hoan Kiem Lake. It is a 3-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. It is very convenient to walk in the morning and evening. It is within walking distance to St. Joseph's Church/Lounge Prison/Temple of Literature/Historical Museum. It is about 850 meters away from Dong Xuan Market. When buying cashew nuts, the largest price is 200,000 VND per kilogram. Cotton socks are also cheap, with a package of five pairs costing 100,000 VND. The hotel room is spacious and the utensils are high-end. You can order two main dishes + two drinks for breakfast. The portion is sufficient. I recommend the chicken steak and burgers. The hotel can book cars and travel itineraries. We booked a trip to Ninh Binh LIMOSION for 400,000 VND/person.

Location is perfect with most ”things to do” within walking distance. Rooms are quite clean and new. Breakfast buffet spread is decent with salad, bread, hot dishes, pho, juices and other things to choose from. Security is quite helpful even if his English is limited. One thing i didn't enjoy was, i added more nights and received confirmation from trip. But, the reception said that the rooms was fully booked and they can't see my reservation yet. They did come back with my reservation eventually but, it's not helpful. This happened multiple times, as i extended multiple times. Please take time to check before notifying the guests. Also it would be great if they can provide umbrella in every room.

Located near Old Street and Hoan Kiem Lake, it is very convenient for food, massage, and shopping. The hotel welcomes guests with a drink and a map to explain. English is mainly used. The road will be closed on Sundays and become a pedestrian street. The sound insulation of the room is very good, but the disadvantages are as follows. One night, a French couple was exercising, and a female scream came from the bathroom. It lasted for 40 minutes. I also cheered for them in my heart, and finally calmed down. The hotel The small window has no distant view, but the advantage is that it can avoid the noise of vehicles on the street. Breakfast is a meal item with Chinese and Western choices. The front desk can call a familiar taxi on behalf of you to avoid being caught in a black taxi. You can also temporarily store your luggage. Before leaving, I also sent a small red envelope in advance to show the friendship between China and Vietnam

Fantastic service, the ladies on reception were great and made some good recommendations for places to eat etc. The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel is in an alleyway not far from ma may and bar street but isn't noisy at night. I would stay again

This is a Vietnamese chain hotel that I used well at a relatively low price. The location is a bit quiet. The hotel facilities were okay. I remember seeing a Vietnamese celebrity here. It is a hotel with personal memories. The hotel staff were also good, comparable to a 4-star hotel.

The rooms are very good, and the service is okay (it ca n’t be too demanding in Vietnam, because most people are Chinese, they just told me to change the money for 330, wait for the next day to change. Since I want to give 303, when I pointed out what he said When it ’s different, it ’s changed to 320, which is common in Vietnam.) The location is super good, and it ’s easy to go anywhere. It's not good to urge you to get up and check out more than ten in the morning.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was small, but it was the same on the tourist street. The woman at the front desk will speak Chinese and say that her father is Chinese. I can't see it, but the exchange is more than impossible. Later I changed back to English and her communication was smoother.
