The elevator is broken, climb the stairs to the 2nd floor with a small child. I was disappointed to find a hotel with an elevator. At the time of booking, I requested for a room close to the elevator & requested an extra pillow, but it was not accepted
Cleanliness is a bit bad to the point where it's funny to use a blanket, but the toilet is clean
