Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer eher durchschnittlich. Die Parkplätze sind außerhalb gelegen im Freien. Bei Regen ist man gut durchgeweicht bis man am Auto ist. Sicher aber vor Ort das beste Haus. Gibt halt nicht viel Auswahl.

Wir hatten vor einigen Tagen ein Essen mit Geschäftspartner im Schloss. Der Abend hat damit angefangen, dass der Service nicht in der Lage war, von jedem Gast die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Entweder wurde die Bestellung nicht, oder falsch aufgenommen. Auch ist der Kellner während der Aufnahme der Bestellung immer wieder davongelaufen. Zum Hauptgang bestellten dann einige ein Steak mit Kartoffel-Meerrettichmousseline. Was da aufgetischt wurde hat mit Steak aber überhaupt nichts zu tun. Es war eher ein mit viel Fett und Sehnen durchzogener, durchgebratener, zäher, ungeniessbarer Brocken Fleisch. So etwas aufzutischen grenzt an Frechheit! Nur aus Respekt vor den Geschäftsleuten habe ich nicht reklamiert! Ich werde das Schloss jedenfalls nicht so schnell wieder zum Essen aufsuchen.

Wir waren hier auf einer Hochzeitsfeier. Der erste Eindruck und das Ambiente mit dem Teich im Innenhof waren positiv. Jedoch entdeckte man bei genauem Hinsehen immer mehr mängel und auch die Feier lief nicht rund. Absprachen wurden nicht eingehalten und der Preis für die Zimmer sind verhältnismäßig hoch. Wofür ich auch Abzüge gebe ist ein fehlender Safe auf dem Zimmer (dies erwarte ich grundsätzlich in einem 4!!! Sterne Hotel) genauso wie Hausschuhe. Ebenso finde ich es fragwürdig wieso wir nur 1 Zimmerkarte erhalten haben Der Höhepunkt folgte aber beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen... obwohl man uns einen reservierten Bereich zugesagt hatten speiste man uns mehr als unhöflich ab dass kein Platz frei ist obwohl wir mit einem Kleinkind (2 Jahre) kamen.
