A/C doesn’t run continuously; only AUTO. Room got hot. No ice on designated level. Missing soap. Door lock did not work; only safety “latch”.

The rooms were cramped - there was only one closet between two rooms. The shower curtain fell down and the tub didn't drain. The bedroom closest to the hallway was very noisy due to other guest activity. The heat was either stifling when the AC was off or frigid when it was on. Overall clean but not very comfortable at all.

I live in northern Minnesota every other weekend. I pick my daughter up in Rosemont and bring it up north to see your grandma and spend time with her dad to do the snowstorm in the cities. I didn’t wanna risk travelling for hours north and forest back on Sunday in the bad weather, so last minute, I spoke with Pam #, the manager and told her my dilemma. She secured me a room for one night. My daughter got to swim in the pool. I just love this location in this hotel, the staff is amazing.

Run-down facility, terribly noisy heating/cooling system kept us awake all night. Breakfast buffet ran out of food by 9:15 when they were supposed to be serving until 10 am. Location is convenient but not much otherwise to commend this property.

Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend. Was happy with the fact they were also pet friendly and I was able to have my fur baby stay with me also. Will definitely be back. Food options are also a bonus and super close.

I like the room set-up, with a small living room separate from the bedroom. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. Lots of carbs!! The worst thing about our stay was the comfort of the beds. Hard as a rock! We went out and purchased a mattress topper so we could sleep.

Hotel staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried charging me almost $200 extra to get back into room last night I was there. Worst hotel experience of my life. And on top of it all, they HAVE BED BUGS!

Disappointed. Room interior very average. TV hard to use. Breakfast has gone downhill. No more workout room. Front desk staff less than cheerful. My last stay here!! That should tell the story but 200 characters required by Trip Advser
