Loved the gardens and pool area. Restaurant with live music was a bonus. We ate elsewhere, so I can not comment on food.

Was amazed with the hotel, it was brand new and the room was clean and big.

Convenient location, nice grounds, clean, hotel service below average. Staff friendly enough but could be friendlier. House keeping very noisy early in the morning and did not keep the supplies in the room stocked even though asked daily. Hotel restaurant acceptable but no frills. Pool area can get noisy in the evening. Overall OK stay but not impressed.

We love staying at this little gem. It is a little light on amenities but it is cozy and conveniently located.

Easy Check in and staff are very accomodating and friendly. Very clean. Will definitely go back to this place.

Great services

I liked the room and ease to shopping and freeway. What I would suggest to people staying if they have problems with stairs they should ask for a 1st floor room since they don’t have any elevators. Also there is a fridge, but no microwave in the room.

Loved everything!! The grounds, the pool, hot tub, the restaurant and the customer service!! The customer service was incredible. They went above and beyond for my family. I would definitely stay here again!!

Nice rooms, reasonable pricing. The onsite restaurant s pricey but there are plenty of good choices within half a mile, even some within a short walk.

Restaurant was excellent. Food and service outstanding and the value priced happy hour menu was great. Enjoyed the live music.

Excelent place to stay you feel like at home. Clean, well decoration , have everything you need firme your stay . I really recommended .

Hotel was nice but the rooms are small. Our shower had very low water pressure and made a loud noise while you showered.

I love that we had sliding glass doors to access the property. It was perfect for our dogs to be comfortable as well as to access our luggage. I will say that Sevy’s band and dance floor were awesome and I danced until my feet hurt! Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. We ordered room service breakfast and both our meals were great. I recommend the Classic Eggs Benedict and Breakfast burrito. We’ll definitely be back.

I had to change rooms. There was a guest in the room next to me who screamed and screamed. Finally I called the front desk who said there was only one room available (must have been in that building because the parking lot was 1/2 empty) and I would have to go to the front desk to get the key. It ended up being a nightmare experience. I was told that others complained as well. Instead of resolving the problem, I was forced to re-pack and move to another floor. The walls between rooms are paper-thin. I won’t go back to this establishment anytime soon.
