As soon as I arrived at the hotel door, someone took the baggage and handed it to the lemon tea. There was a light off in the bedroom. The maintenance staff came quickly. After repairing, there was soil on the floor and they asked if they needed cleaning and cleaning. They took the initiative to hide behind the door. These details make people feel intimate. The location is convenient. Out is the place where you can go shopping. The room is extra comfortable and the decoration is very elegant. Environment: Downstairs is the busiest commercial street in Aqaba, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. Facilities: A bit old, but parking is free and self-driving is very convenient. However, four bottles of free mineral water were given every day during the two days we stayed, which is very grand for a Jordanian hotel. Service: Both the front desk guy and the security guard are extremely warm and polite! When we were drinking coffee at the open-air cafe on the first floor (along the street), if we encountered tourists chatting up the welcome security, they would come over and politely interrupt to help us avoid unnecessary harassment and chatting, and ensure that the overly chatting male tourists left before he left! This sense of service is simply great!

Beautiful hotel close to the city center but there is not much to do there. The hotel is a haven of peace where you are cut off from the world, you dress as you wish which is not necessarily the case outside. The private beach is small, too bad we can't access the other hotels (walls delimit the hotels) Small swimming area due to all boats passing nearby. For a 5* the curtains with holes are average. Otherwise everything else is great. The breakfast buffet is huge and varied. The restaurants, on the other hand, are expensive and not great compared to the quality in the city center. They should have created a self-catering restaurant like in the morning.

Great location and superb shuttle service. Despite the tired room decor we enjoyed our stay. Would have be nice to be given a map showing local sites to explore on foot or shuttle. Lovely staff in general. Just one unhelpful waitress pointing out salad option for vegetarians. No hot food offered in the buffet. She insisted soup was veg and I almost ate it until I saw chunks of meat floating around! No apology and she made no effort to help. Eventually, when others in the group also complained, the head chef arrived and kindly cooked a separate veg dish for us for the next two nights. Most grateful to Wael Ghanem for checking on us, ensuring we were satisfied with the options. Had to pay for drinks (even water) which hadńt arrived until the end of our meal by the same waitress! Others beside us were served before us even though we were first to order. When questioned why we couldn’t order individual cups of water instead of a large bottle like guests on the next table, she dismissed and said it’s different for them. Inconsistent service. Overly-priced drinks at hotel bar forced us to drink out instead of using facilities on site.

The location was unbeatable. Situated in middle of aqaba, it offered easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. No need for expensive taxis or long walks - most sights were within a comfortable strolling distance. My room, though not overly spacious, was perfectly functional and exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.

Everything was nicely organised The staff was attentive to help you.
