Hotel excelente! Conforto, atendimento e alimentação nota 10! O cardápio é uma delícia e atende muito bem crianças. Comodidade incrível por ser ao lado do Beach Park. Recreação ótima para crianças. E estrutura do quarto completa. Equipe excelente.

Resort excelente, ambiente confortável, conservado, funcionários educados e solícitos. Deixo aqui um registro especial aos salva vidas , ao pessoal da recreação: tia Raia, tia Brigadeiro e tio Ben 10. E ainda á dona Fabíola, do restaurante, uma senhora muito simpática e educada. São pessoas excepcionais. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar nesse Resort com a minha família.

Lugar excelente, boa estrutura, localização ( ao lado beach Park), funcionários atenciosos... MAS... eles alugam espaço da piscina para festas e eventos, se for no dia da sua visita, é uma roubada,barulho é terrivel. Preço do restaurante não foge muito dos outros da região . A comodidade em pedir no quarto vale o custo.

Péssimo , tinha um evento de vários adolescentes, música alta de de manhã cedo até o final do dia , festa dentro do resort até as 2:00 da manhã ! Uma falta de respeito com os outros hóspedes ! Impossível usar a piscina, foram duas noites sem dormir por conta do barulho e descaso do hotel ! Hotel cheio de regras , mas quando o evento é com o hotel as regras somem e vira um total descaso com os outros hóspedes.

A estrutura do quarto necessita de alguns reparos.
Não havia programação de lazer ou música na piscina, apenas hidroginástica pela manhã.
Serviço de restaurante e bar foi péssimo. Havia poucos garçons.
