Lovely hotel in the mountains. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was good and the shuttle bus to the slopes was super efficient. We would stay again. Part of the building is a converted 19th century military fort so that gives the place a bit of character

For 14 years, we have been coming to this hotel. It is cozy and "gemutlich". The welcome and the whole service is excellent. The rooms and wellness are very comfortable. The food is fine. The shuttle to the slopes works great. The hotel itself radiates history.

Struttura molto bella ricavata in un vecchio forte e ben rimodernata. Solo un po' lontana da Arabba. Non servono caraffe d'acqua di montagna per obbligarti ad ordinare l'acqua in bottiglia alla modica cifra di 4€ a bottiglia, questa è una cosa che trovo odiosa. Inoltre da quando ti siedi a tavola a quando ti arriva l'acqua, tra carte da firmare e con una sola cameriera in sala, passano almeno 5 minuti. La cucina non è male ma le porzioni sono un po' scarse, essendo affamati dopo una giornata di sci. In particolare le fette dei dolci sono sottilissime. Solo un piatto era stato veramente pessimo, gli spiedini di carne e verdure: in realtà un solo piccolo spiedino con pezzettini di wuster, pollo, salsiccia e peperoni della peggior qualità

In summer vacation, I have stayed seven hotel and Al Forte is best place. Hotel is so traditional but clean and good. Especially, people are kind to my children and we are so happy for great room upgrade. Dinner is the best in all my abroad meal and I strongly recommend you half board. I hope there stay again if I go to Dolomite in future.

Right from checking in when Debra welcomed is till the last day it felt very comfortable....a very easy environment. Debra and Guido run an amazing show with attention to detail and always with a solution. Even a request for some special food for our furry four legged was so promptly dealt with! Warmth every where.
Seham and Hermano in the restaurant and bar were always there with a smile.
And if you want a view...ask for room 28!

L albergo è stato ristrutturato in parte, eccetto le camere standard che lasciano a desiderare,troppe mancanze. L albergo è senza ascensore, molto bello e curato, il personale gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, la cucina non è tradizionale ne tipica, c e di tutto, molto intercontinentale, purtroppo qualità ed esecuzione dei piatti non la rendono granché. All albergo non manca niente si sta molto bene, non si puo dire il contrario, dipende sempre da quello che un viaggiatore cerca.

Struttura suggestiva e accogliente. Fin da subito colpisce la pulizia di ogni ambiente comune e delle camere. Tutto il personale è cordiale ed il servizio è ottimo da ogni punto di vista. Colazione e cena sono un punto di forza: gli ospiti si sentono piacevolmente coccolati. I piatti dello chef sono curati e deliziosi. Il personale di sala, attento e garbato, si relaziona in maniera discreta e professionale con i clienti con grande attenzione per qualsiasi necessità. Struttura consigliatissima per un soggiorno rilassante, in un ambiente di altri tempi lontano dal caos.
