The hotel is super comfortable (with a large room, clean, lightened, spacious bathroom, wonderful towels). It is well located, a good pool with a careful garden. The only negative point was the levy of an extra fee, created by the establishment, which the second recipient would be for the satisfaction of the officials, in addition to 10% for the service, which we pay without problem. Simply wonderful, super professional, educated and dedicated staff, excellent food, wonderful accommodation, congratulations super professional personal management, I have not as hotel and but as an annex to my residence, I have travelled a lot through Brazil and I speak safely the best hotel I have hosted. The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

I chose Via Mar hotel for my trip to Aracaju for good assessment, location and the existence of a restaurant on the site. I knew the hotel would be a 3-star beach, and I was planning to take several walks, so I would only use the hotel for rest, but we had some problems, in fact the location is excellent and it gives to do everything on foot. The restaurant is not used, because it has many options on the edge, so if the reason for the choice is the existence of the restaurant, there is no need. The pool is not big, but it is very pleasant. And the heart of the hotel is very legal. The hotel has a lot of maintenance, starting with air conditioning, which is apparently swept, and it is frozen, but it takes a lot of time. We also had a problem of accessibility in the bathroom that they gave us and, because of that, the reception gave us 2 options: to take a bath in the bathroom (which I found the end), or to move to a room on the side of the pool. We changed, logically, the room was more or less, and it was not enough to sleep, but it was very short of maintenance. For example, the bathroom door was not closed, we stayed one week using the open-door bathroom because the maintenance was not there to fit up. I thought there were some tbm foot furniture missing to accommodate our things, but until we turned well. If you are a person without much freshness, it may be a good option for the benefit, but if you want some comfort and more relaxing options, I recommend you to look for another place to host. Despite the staff's sympathy reports, I found no little sympathetic (except one of the girls in the restaurant), I asked for a gentleman to leave the room at 12:15, which was strongly denied. There was also a bitterness at the time of the change of room and at the check-in.

The hotel is very simple, it doesn't provide towels, bed clothes are exchanged every 3 days, breakfast is very weak. I had heard in some evaluations that made tapioca in the time and so, because it had nothing of that: basicon coffee, fruit had only meal and abacaxi and meal of only meal cut rsrs never seen that. Option of cold bread or a chicken bread, cucuz, well soft mowed egg looks like a meleca, cooked chicken morning does not fall 🤢, had 2 simple cakes that was not attractive. To sweeten the coffee or pick up a vc garden you have to go to the bank, because you don't have anything at your tables Even ... If you feel need to eat something in the hotel at night or afternoon, you're closed don't serve anything. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very clean and air conditioning works well. I don't have to talk about that I'm not going back.

Hospedagem especial, com uma ambientação realmente temática. Conta com um café-da-manhã gostoso, pequena piscina aconchegante e ótima localização. Staff bacana e atencioso. Voltei e voltaria novamente outras vezes. Recomendo a cidade e esta pousada, com certeza!
