Quarto pequeno a cama tinha uma divisão entre o colchão que incomodava muito. Sem canais de filmes na tv. Só tv aberta praticamente

O hotel oferece uma boa hospedagem, com o que se precisa: bom quarto (cama + banheiro) e café da manhã. Tem estacionamento, mas é apertado, então não cabe carros grandes, e as pessoas não estacionam certo na vaga, então preferi deixar o carro estacionado na rua, em frente ao hotel, pois não considerei um local de risco. O café da manhã é bom, não é aqueles cafés da manhã de hotel que falamos “uau”, mas atende o necessário: frutas, frios, pães, café, suco, ovo e bolos simples. Funcionários educados. O hotel fica perto de uma das saídas da cidade, mas também próxima ao shopping da cidadela que acaba sendo uma boa opção para passeio, almoço e jantar.

I had the bad luck to be in Araraquara when there were many events and no accommodation was available. So I spent 4 nights at the Hotel Araraquara by Mercure. It was the most expensive hotel but very poor in comfort and services compared to the hotels where my colleagues stayed. No swimming pool! when in Araraquara there are temperatures of 35-40ºC. The room was minimal and with a very bad design: no wardrobe doors, hanging space where trousers and dresses touched the bottom, towels of very poor quality, The room was only cleaned 1 day out of 4 and without soap. The receptionist at night was very unfriendly when I asked for at least towels and told him that they had not done the room. In short, expensive and bad!

O hotel em si é bom! Agora se você consumir algo e precisar de nota vc vai sofrer, eu estou a vários dias ligando e pedindo a nota de consumo referente ao que consumi no hotel. Eles não enviam. Uma hora tem uma fila de notas na frente outra hora o sistema está com problema.
