We stayed at Ararat Colonial for two nights. The location is excellent between the main street, supermarket and fast food. The check-in was speedy and friendly. The rooms are spacious with good facilities.

Location and rooms very good, heating and bathrooms really good, friendly owners, i like a soft bed, i find beds too firm. excellent place to stay otherwise, easy check out as well, will continue to stay in the future. ideal place to explore the town very central

Great place to stay, very roomy and spacious, close to centre of town and supermarket and speciality shops handy across the street. Rooms clean and neat Great to have an electric blanket on the bed as it was a cold night the night I stayed. Off street parking available was secure

Very comfortable beds. The rooms were very warm which was nice as it was a cold winters night. Also, well located, close to everything you need, restaurants for dinner and breakfast are all just a stroll away. In addition, the supermarket is only a short walk too.

A lovely friendly greeting from the owner when we arrived. He was very helpful. Although this is not a new property the room was very spacious and clean and had everything we required. The location was fantastic for what we needed. Didn't have to use our car the entire weekend.
